Second trip

This was our second time to stay here, and it was just as delightful as the first! We loved the closeness to the bus stop (which went straight to the Metro). The Metro is also about a 10 min walk away. The neighborhood is quiet but active-people walk around and it has a safe feeling to it. The hosts are super quiet upstairs and have made it easy for you to find your way around with guidebooks and a binder of tips!

Great quiet location

Quiet location, half a block away from the bus. Nearby to shops and a short ride to the middle of the city. Enjoyed the nice squishy bed after a long day of walking!

W enjoyed our time here. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Our one problem was that it was a little over a 10min walk to metro. Would stay again!

Excellent, clean, easy walk to metro

We loved staying here! It was comfortable and super clean, very welcoming, easy process, and our hosts were lovely. It isn’t in the main area of DC which was just fine for our weekend, we used the metro everyday and didn’t need to use our car. Coffee shops and a few restaurants around the corner, and they even had guide books we could use. We will definately stay again.

Simple and quiet place

Lovely stay with access to most amenities. It is a basement so if that's an issue look elsewhere, but for us it was perfect. Super clean, comfortable, and well with the price. Oh also parking is included. Highly recommend across the board.

Good location in a nice neighborhood near Metro.

Very clean 1 bedroom property. Had lots of great amenities that made my stay very comfortable. 10 minute walk to Metro, which was what I needed to be a tourist and go to my conference. Nice outside table that I enjoyed in the evening. Wonderful street nearby with great restaurants and stores. Helpful hosts. I would stay here again 😀

The perfect Vacation

Stayed for 5days in Washington DC and the whole experience was perfect. The area property was located was quiet and lovely but plenty to do. The property itself was a self contained basement flat and it was CLASS. Thank you once again 10 mins to the tube Greenland with links at Gallery PI and L'Enfants for rest of Capital Enjoy we did

Beautiful and Accessible

Precious little too say about how this could be improved. The parking was easy, the entrance was easy. The accommodations were remarkable and the price was outstanding. The bus stop was about 150 feet away and the metro was a nice 10 minute walk. Life was good there!

Best weekend trip to DC

Great location and great stay!! The welcome guide is so thoughtful and very helpful. I will admit when the owners first came down to do their laundry it scared me, but its outside of the unit. Parking was easy no issues. The unit is cute and quaint. If I could make a suggestion, maybe put an air purifier in the basement to mitigate the stuffy feeling when you first walk in. Other than that, it was awesome. Only about 20 mins from the airport and to the monuments! Great stay! Thank you so much again!!
