Exactly as advertized

Super cute space with bus stop right outside the door. Host responded immediately every time I messaged during our stay. Apartment was spotless. Bed a nice firm, comfortable bed. Multiple food options close enough for fast DoorDash delivery. Quiet neighborhood.

Very clean and updated basement apartment walking distance to Catholic University. Host was helpful and responsive. *PLEASE NOTE: I am 5’7” and while I was perfectly comfortable- taller people may not be. The ceilings are low in the living area. The Bedroom is spacious with regular ceilings heights. Stairs leading to apartment -so not recommended for folks who have trouble with mobility. Ample street parking. Great option for parents visiting Catholic University.

Second low point, rest of space was roomy.

Pleasant Neighborhood

I stayed at this Vrbo because it was very close to my daughter's new apartment. The place was clean and was as described. Very convenient for my purposes and in a pleasant neighborhood. Would recommend to others. I did have neighbors (the other apartment unit - perhaps part of the same Vrbo rental) who seemed to be having a noisy party one of the nights during my stay. I don't blame the owners for that - the "no party" rule is clearly stated in their information. When I told the owner what had happened, they apologized and indicated they would have come to take care of the problem if I had contacted them.
