Summary:

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is Centrally located in Mid City just minutes from downtown Huntsville, 5 minutes from Gate 9 of the Red-stone arsenal, approximately 15 minutes from Madison and is also a 15-minute drive to both Madison and Huntsville Hospital. The perfect place to stay for a central location to anything you’d like to see in Huntsville, Alabama!



The Space:

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy condo is newly renovated and ready for your stay! The spacious bedrooms are uniquely styled and equipped with queen mattresses and tons of storage including closets and dressers ready for either long or short-term rentals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave, electric stove/oven, toaster, and the cutest coffee bar with a Keurig. The quaint living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day with a beautiful fireplace and comfortable couches. The furnished patio also offers outdoor enjoyment!

Size and location were great

Homebase for family during college orientation. Great location for UAH and food. Kids and parents had separate spaces. Water pressure and temperature good. Master shower was cramped. No local channels for weather and OTA channels. Pillows were flat if you like that

Bugs, broken window, floor sticky, walls and furniture filthy, broken furniture, cabinets broken and filthy. Contacted VRBO and they refunded credit cards.

Beware!!!! 2 Roaches, pills and a condom wrapper

My husband and I booked this property from May 6-May 8. The pictures on line were accurate, however my husband noticed a few areas of concern. Within the first hour of checking in my husband noticed a roach in the kitchen. Secondly, under the couch cushion was a used condom wrapper, underneath the loveseat were pills of some sort and leaves behind the couch. Third, there was a broken window pane. The final straw was the appearance of another roach in the kitchen My husband tried contacting the host, he responded about the window but communications ended after that…VRBO customer service even tried to contact the host multiple times but was unsuccessful. Mathew McDonald has no business being on VRBO as a host. Cleanliness of property was terrible and communication was close to non-existent. Pictures were sent to VRBO. We ended up leaving the night we checked in and going to a hotel. Stay away!!
