Thank you for your review. Our team would love to elaborate on your issues. Regarding the house not being clean, our team inspected this house prior to your arrival and found no cleanliness issues. Granted, we are all human and we can miss things. You reached out to us the day after your arrival, notifying us about cleaning issues. We responded within 5 minutes and asked for photos of these issues and stated that we can send a housekeeper back to resolve them the same exact day. You declined the housekeeper and refused to send photos to our team of the issues. Regarding the "Toilets getting stuck," we sent a team member out to plunge the toilets for you, as you clogged them. The iron was found to be working after your departure as well. But, during your stay our team even offered to bring you a new iron and a toaster the same exact day that you reached out. You never replied back to our text message wanting us to bring a brand new toaster, new iron, and cutting board. The inside and outside patio furniture was also professionally cleaned prior to your stay, and we have timestamped photos from the upholstery company proving that this was done. Regarding the communication that you stated was "hard and slow," our team responded to your issues within a timely manner only to be disrespected and left on read. We do not appreciate this review whatsoever as our team tried our best to make your stay enjoyable, but it seems you came on vacation to be rude and ignore everyone.
