You have just found your own penthouse on the top ocean front corner with panoramic ocean views from every room. Be sure to see the Virtual Video Tour. The link is below the map and above the photos where the link to our other rental units, and website link is located. This is one of only of a few two bedroom units that has air conditioning throughout. Why suffer with just a wall unit in the living room (like other condos), when you can have air in both bedrooms as well as the living room?

Sit back and enjoy the spectacular, crystal blue and balmy Pacific Ocean from your large private lanai with tide pools just 30 feet away.

This 2 bedroom ocean front unit is on the north corner of the top floor of the D building. This unit has the advantage of being cooler than many other units and experiences cooling, balmy breezes. There are side windows in the dining room, kitchen and each of the bedrooms, providing natural lighting and a cross breeze. There is an air conditioner, although with the good breezes it is usually not needed.

Comfortable sleeping for up to 6 persons, there is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a king size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper/sofa bed in the living room. TV's are in the living room and each of the bedrooms.

Also positioned right next to the shoreline, the Resort’s recently renovated salt water pool and Jacuzzi is just a few steps away from the unit itself; as well as the four immaculately-maintained gas barbecues in the dining cabana adjacent to the pool. That is a great place to BBQ dinner, and watch the beautiful Kona Sunsets.

Complete convenience, Hawaiian style! The Kona Reef is on the edge of Kona town, so you do not have to drive every time you want to go into town. You can walk to town in just a few minutes, and visit numerous restaurants, shops and the farmers market. It is really one of the most convenient locations in Kailua-Kona.

This private condominium has everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian experience. It is fully furnished including dishwasher, washer/dryer, small appliances, hair dryer, dishes, utensils and linens. It includes dish washing soap, dish washer soap and a starter box of detergent. It is your own personal, tropical beach hideaway!

Our availability calendar is always up to date, and we have multiple units available at the Kona Reef. If you use the link (below the map, and above the photos) to 'see our other rental properties' you will find several two bedroom units, a few 1 bedroom ocean front units, and several 1 bedroom ocean view units. This spacious and well equipped condo has a terrific view. It is an easy walk to the Kailua-Kona waterfront restaurants and stores. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, which must be amazing during whale season

All aspects of our 2-week stay at Kona Reef Resort were very positive. The unit has lots of amenities; well stocked; nice kitchen. The unit was very nice; ocean front, elevator; ample covered parking; near town; walking distance to Kailua Kona proper; restaurants; music; sites as well as other resort dining and entertainment. Our party comprised of two couples; very compfortable.

As a prior owner at the Kona Reef we were very impressed with the upgrades for this 2 BR unit.

The KRR location just can't be beaten, within walking distance to town and all the shops and restaurants, it's perfect.

Spectacular Place in Kona, HI

The Kona Reef Condo that we rented was the perfect set-up for us. We needed to be relaxed and comfortable the days leading up to Iron Man Championship 2016 in Kona, HI. One big requirement we had was proximity to the start and finish line for the event which Kona Reef fit perfectly. The combination of ocean and pool was most enjoyable and the use of the gas grill was extremely appreciated. The view from the outside patio was enjoyed daily as was the beautiful sunsets and the sound of the waves. My group complimented me numerous times about how perfect our condo was for us at Kona Reef. The few questions I had before our arrival were answered right away by the owners. Kona, HI was new to me and my group, Kona Reef made it very easy to get around and learn what activities were available. We were many miles from home, and Kona Reef allowed us all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend this facility if you are staying in Kona for 9 days or more. Mahalo, to Kona Reef and VRBO!

It is the largest floor plan, and the only one of the large floor plans to have AC throughout the unit. The close proximity to town is one reason the Kona Reef is so desirable for a stay in Kona. Great place to stay!

We have always enjoyed staying at the Kona Reef. Ken and Dia's condo is the best we've stayed in. It just feels like home for us. Everything you need is just a short walk away. We can't recommend this "Oceanfront Condo" enough!
