The studio comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a king bed and a king Murphy bed, making it a great choice for couples, small families, or friends looking for an affordable home base in Crested Butte.

Location was perfect for our needs. Used the pool every day as well as fitness center (small but fine for my needs). It was off season so no food at resort. Great convenience store and liquor store just across the street. Furnishings dated but kitchen well equipped. Transportation to town and Gunnison free and regular. Great touch.

This is a nice property. Not fancy, but good for the price. The bed was comfortable. There is a good fan in the closet that helped with the heat in the summer (we like it cold when we sleep). The hot tub is shared, but was not over crowded and was a pleasant temp. If you want to stream tv, then you will need to bring a device as the tv is not a smart tv (or we were too dumb to figure it out). This was not a problem for us, but just an FYI.

Door frame to the room was not in best condition so I didn’t feel all the way comfortable but we managed. All around there it was a great stay and a great trip.
Mountains on one of the hiking trails near by Crestted Butte.

We had an amazing time at this property! The proximity to the free shuttle to town and base of Mt. Crested Butte was unbeatable! Seemed like a great deal for the price we paid in peak season.

Hot tub was always overcrowded. The room is perfect! Two amazing king beds. Perfectly cleaned. Plenty of kitchen tools etc. An easy 5 minute walk to lift. The owner is probably the quickest to respond I’ve ever experienced! Nearly immediate responses if anything arises! Would definitely stay again.

We're a Colorado family who loves spending time in the mountains. Like many of our guests, we come to Crested Butte to ski in the winter, hike, fish, and mountain bike in the summer, and simply slow down and enjoy one of Colorado's most beautiful towns.

We purchased this condo so our family could create lasting memories together, and we're happy to share it with others when we're not here. We take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and we're always happy to answer questions or share recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

We fell in love with Mount Crested Butte because it's hard to beat the combination of convenience and mountain charm. You can walk to the ski lifts, restaurants, coffee shops, and the base area, then hop on the free shuttle for a quick ride into historic downtown Crested Butte.

Every season offers something different. Winter brings world-class skiing and snowboarding, while summer is filled with wildflowers, hiking, mountain biking, and festivals. Fall colors and quieter shoulder seasons make it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the mountains without the crowds.

Our studio comfortably sleeps up to four with both a king bed and a king Murphy bed, includes a well-stocked kitchenette, and gives guests access to the Grand Lodge's heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and spa.
