Cantrell’s on Broadway #1

Most of this review is extremely false. There is a parking lot behind the building that is not dirt but gravel with paved ramps at the entrances and includes several spaces for the building. While there is not designated spaces for each apartment, guests can park anywhere in the lot and ample parking since most tenants in the building do not have personal cars. I have other parking spaces as well if that back lot is full. Guests are able to ask for extra sheets anytime and I only live 10 min away to deliver any supplies. This guest never contacted me for anything and dish soap, hand soap as well as dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are all included as well as paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, coffee, tea, creamer, etc are provided. I provide sheets for the number of guests booked so I’m unsure if this guest was wanting sheets for extra guests she snuck in but I provided the number of beds for the number of guests she booked. Most the pillows and sheets are brand new with no stains so I’m honestly confused by this review especially since the guest never mentioned she needed any extra supplies or even asked for anything. The fan blades are cleaned after each guest checks out and while the fridge is not brand new, the dishwasher is a new model that is only two years old so I’m confused by this whole review since the air conditioner works as well as there is not one but two units in the apartment that most are cold when they’re left on all the time.
