Not only is the Armory Park Neighborhood filled with vintage homes such as our circa-1902 adobe, but it’s also conveniently located. Leave your car behind: we’re within walking distance of downtown and near the University of Arizona. The charming 5 Points Market is four blocks in one directions; Barrio Brewing is four blocks in the other direction. It's is also a quiet neighborhood, although you will hear the trains that have been coursing throughout downtown Tucson since frontier days.
This is a real neighborhood, too, with unpretentious, tree-lined streets and terrific restaurants nearby. We're also just 15 minutes from Tucson International Airport.
Sip a "Tucson Blonde" ale at a genuine micro-brewery just four blocks away, or surf the Internet--while enjoying a frothy cappuccino--at one of the half-dozen unpretentious coffee houses within walking distance.
