The location is perfect with easy access to nature, great restaurants, interesting historical sites and so on.
The neighborhood feels very safe and parking is easy.
Tim is great. It’s great having a fully equipped place to yourself. This is a good place for people who need a pet free place due to allergies. Conveniently located and equipped with everything you need.
Great little apartment. Everything was just as described. Our host, Tim, was helpful and friendly. The Armory Park neighborhood is charming and perfect for a short stroll through into downtown. We’d recommend this accommodation as a wonderful getaway.
Perfect, comfortable and welcoming property. Tim was friendly and helpful. The casita is really nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

Elizabeth and Joy were great guests. They were fun to chat with and left the apartment in pristine condition. I'd heartily recommend them to other hosts.
Tidy little studio apartment tucked behind the owners' house, ideal for 1-2 people. Good location in quiet nabe close to downtown. I appreciated the little extras, such as the carton of half & half in the fridge and the granola bars tucked in a basket.
I happened to visit Tucson during a cold snap and the only issue was the very noisy heater. Every time it kicked on, it woke me up.
Otherwise, it was a great stay and I recommend this spot. I didn't meet the owners, who were out of town, but communication via VRBO and text was fine.

comfortable casita
Great stay. Had everything I needed and is in a quiet neighborhood. Due to dangerous winter weather conditions moving into the area where I live, I had to leave earlier than planned so I could arrive home safely. My gracious host, Tim, was kind enough to work with me which I really appreciate. Plan to stay there again on another trip to Tucson.

Tim’s place is clean and good value for the money
Tim’s place was clean and he was responsive to our questions. We stayed at Tim’s property to be close to the historic area of Tuscon. We went out to dinner twice in the downtown and we decided to take an Uber instead of walking. We were a bit surprised that no other reviews mentioned the trains. There is a train track within a block and both nights there were loud train whistles at least twice. Other than that we had quiet comfortable sleeps.

Sweet spot in an historic neighborhood.
Tim's place was everything advertised. It's clean, simple and comfortable in a convenient location to downtown. Tim is very sociable and is a deep font of current and historical information about both neighborhood and Tucson. I would definitely recommend.

Great location and host.
This casita has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are small, but the chairs and bed are very comfortable. Outside seating is available in front for a yard view and out the back door to a closed in space. My husband and I spent two weeks here, and most days were spent walking to town and the surrounding neighborhoods, enjoying the architecture, businesses, parks, and people; it's location is perfect. Even though it is located in a quiet residential area, there is an excellent breakfast/lunch place, an Ethiopian restaurant and a brewery within a five minute walk or an eight minute stroll. Tim was friendly and kind and readily available when we couldn't get the TV to work (our fault by hitting the wrong button, probably, although he didn't say!). Being supplied with coffee, tea and half & half was a hit. Loved it; thanks, Tim!

Very sweet spot! Well supplied kitchen and bathroom. Clean and inviting. Dining, arts close by.
Tim is a friendly and helpful host. He answered any inquiries quickly. The apartment was nicely decorated and warm! We were happy about that because it was a cold and rainy weekend! Neighborhood was quiet And there was a brewery and sports bar and grill nearby for a quick supper. We were close to downtown attractions, art museums and galleries. We hoped to stay an extra night but he had more visitors coming in. We would definitely try to stay here again.

Charming, Great location & excellent value
Great location about 1/2 mi from downtown. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. We did not run out of hot water. The linens were high quality. Easy to get in and out. Quiet neighborhood. What else does anyone want in a rental? The owner had coffee for us and organic half and half in the fridge. The coffee, by the way, was excellent and I know something about coffee! It was charming and perfect for the two of us.
Much more preferable than a hotel at 2x the cost and less convenience. When we stay in hotels, anyway, we never like housekeepers coming in to make up our room for multi-day stays so what's the difference? This is much better. Highly recommend.

Great little spot
This studio suite had everything we needed to be self sufficient. Tiny kitchen and bathroom, but most cooking gear was available with a gas stove and full fridge. Even had a washer and dryer out back which is nice for a longer stay. Met Tim briefly, and he was very friendly and helpful.

Great visit
This is a cosy little apartment in a great location within short walk of downtown Tuscon. Tim is super friendly and provided useful information for our visit to Tuscon. The apartment is not particularly big or luxurious, but certainly had everything we needed and provided the perfect base of days of hiking and easy walk to the downtown restaurants. Even a little private outdoor seating area.
