Bright and modern townhome with beautiful open concept floorplan and lofted ceilings. The living room’s dramatic windows and sliding doors to create an indoor outdoor feel. Calcutta marble fireplace leads into a white kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Master suite offers spa-like retreat with beautiful oversized shower with rain showerhead and calcutta marble, double vanities, and walk-in closet. Cheerful second bedroom with queen bed and large desk for a productive workspace. Middle foyer has skylight and wine fridge.

This one-level ground floor property features an oversize patio with adjacent neighborhood grass. You will receive a pool key to use community pool.

The Gainey Ranch community has 24/7 guard gated security.

Complimentary access to community Gainey Ranch Estate Club amenities like fitness center and larger Gainey Ranch pool. Private tennis courts possible with small fee.

Located just steps from the Hyatt Gainey Ranch. Within walking distance to the Shops at Gainey Ranch, fine dining, shopping, and more!

Absolutely loved my stay in Joanna's townhome at Gainey Ranch! Townhome is very comfortable with lovely amenities (especially the Estate Club). Being a gated community I felt safe and Joanna was insanely quick to respond to any questions or concerns during my time at the property. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Sanctuary

We all fell in love with this cosy home. It’s in a great location, very well equipped, tastefully furnished, bright and comfortable. It’s snugly tucked away in small, private gated community. Walking distance across the beautiful golf course to the well equipped Community Centre. Plus local shops and restaurants are also a short walk away. Joanna is the best host. Excellent communicator, exceptionally responsive and friendly. She really made the whole experience a total delight from beginning to end.

Gainey Ranch is a peaceful oasis– a gated community that has many nice walking and biking paths. If you love walks, tennis, golf, pickleball, or hikes, you're in the right spot! You have convenient access to Scottsdale Rd nearby. You are a quick 10 minute drive to Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town, Scottsdale Quarter, and Kierland shopping areas. The 101 and 51 freeway are close by.

We absolutely love interior design, and put a lot of thought into making the space special. While this is not our permanent residence, we have also lived at this home before.
