We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The host was very helpful in providing interesting facts about Thomasville as well as things we needed to know about the home.

The AC was not working at the Property and host was less than reasonable in providing a refund due to the lack of air-conditioning. Also bathroom shower did not drain nor did master bathroom sink drain.Upon entering the home smelled like mold and mildew as the home was 79 never cooled to an appropriate temperature the following day we tried to lower the temp so upon arrival that evening walked into a steamy 82 in the home again host very unreasonable we had to leave and get a hotel and occur additional cost I do not know anyone that will stay in a home that is 82 when it is almost 100 outside, but hopefully she can find future Renters. We typically stayed at that home once a month for staff meetings and business in the Thomasville Tallahassee area we will be on the lookout for a new property in Thomasville. We will never stay there again.

We are sorry the guest was dissatisfied with her stay, but we would like to clarify the facts for future guests. None of the concerns mentioned in this review were reported to us during the guest’s stay. We were not notified of any problem with the AC, temperature, shower drain, or bathroom sink until after she had already checked out. Had we been contacted, we would have been happy to assist immediately. The AC was inspected and no malfunction was found. It is a relatively new unit and was operating properly. Had the guest contacted us, we could have helped her adjust the thermostat settings to her preferred temperature, which may have resolved her concern immediately. The shower and bathroom sink were also checked, and both were draining properly with no issues whatsoever. We take guest concerns seriously and always make every effort to resolve problems when they are brought to our attention. Unfortunately, we were not given that opportunity during this stay. We were surprised to learn of these concerns only after checkout. We regret that the guest was unhappy, but we believe it is important for future guests to know that the AC was functioning properly, the drains were working properly, and we were never contacted during the stay to report these issues or request assistance.

The house is so perfect! It’s a great size, split floor plan, AMAZING backyard, clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The neighbor hood was quiet and darling. Sherri was very attentive and so sweet. We had an awesome time. Can’t wait return.
