Guests have exclusive access to the entire Boathouse, ensuring a tranquil and uninterrupted stay. Located on a serene peninsula in a quiet residential community, this retreat is your perfect escape.

Beautiful Boat House

We looked for a place fairly last minute as there was a change in our schedule. Our hosts were very accommodating and timely. The rental was ready for us. The location and views were wonderful. It was very private and the hot tub was the cherry on top. The property was spotless. It was close to towns and had a walkable neighborhood. We wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful stay at the Boat House

The boathouse and property was stunning and very well appointed with everything we needed or could need. It was so clean and comfortable. We definitely felt right at home here. Sitting out on the deck enjoying the sun and looking out at the water was so relaxing. It was a wonderful getaway and we will certainly be back. Many thanks to our hosts for a memorable stay!

Boathouse on the lake

This rental was perfect for us. We were right on the lake and our boat could be docked safely and our trailer could be kept there too. It was very close to a public boat ramp. The rental was very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

A taste of lake life!

Beautiful little boat house - exactly what we were looking for to explore Lake Norman. Very private and charming. We enjoyed a boat tour from 77 Watersports and then rented a pontoon boat from them the next day… a great way to see the area! Thankful we had a chance to relax
