Stay in the historic White Street cottage (circa 1900) steps away from all the action downtown! Inside you'll enjoy modern amenities from an extensive renovation with historical flare. This is a 3 bed 2 bath house with queen memory foam beds and ample storage space. Large eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Kitchen seats 3 at island and 4 at eat-in kitchen table. Washer and dryer are in unit. Bathrooms have been renovated with tile, new shower/tub, new vanities and mirrors. Spiral staircase leads to 2 bonus rooms that can be used for guest rooms, offices, or dens - one full bed and one day bed. Backyard courtyard is fenced in with string lights and front porch has swing and 2 chairs. This house is walkable to the Von Braun Center (VBC) for concerts/events as well as shopping and dining downtown and in Five Points. Conveniently located to both Huntsville and Crestwood Hospitals and a short drive to the Space Center, Monte Sano state park, Campus 805, and Stovehouse. Monte Sano State Park is only 5 miles away.
