This is a four-plex nested in a wooded neighborhood. Easy access to the highway.

The home is not well maintained. It needs some TLC.
Safety hazard in leaving the home. Not well lit- you can’t see the stairs. Miscalculated more than once.
We got a kick out of the industrial quality TP
Careful where you step! Floor is uneven in general and you might fall through.
