The Perch at Bluebird Estate offers 5 beds and sleeps up to 8 guests. Has a full kitchen
2 bathrooms--one with a shower and one with a romantic jetted tub and crystal chandelier. Our balcony Dining Room is truly unique.
Private catering available for those that would like to pamper themselves. Family gatherings, girls weekends, weddings, are all welcome.
(There may be some additional costs for events)
We have a beautiful gardens. Plus a one acre fishing pond and hiking . Have us pack you a picnic during your stay.
During the day enjoy the Ozark mountains, many unique caves, music festivals and cute shops. In the evening enjoy our 85' front porch with chairs and swings and a firepit for roasting marshmallows.
Come stay for a weekend and make memories for a lifetime.

outstanding experience
It was the perfect location for the solar eclipse. On top of it we got outstanding service and care from the owner Laura and Jim. They treated us like family and it felt like we know them from ever.
We ordered a private dinner for our second night. It was served at a nice dining table in their house; beautiful ambience and the food was just delicious.
The suite we stayed in was very clean, very lovely furnished and decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and Laura had absolute no issue to help us out with a few additional items we needed to prepare our meal.
We were surprise what a stunning landscape Arkansas has and how much it offers for the outdoor lovers.
Laura and Jim went above and beyond to make our little vacation unforgettable and unique.
