Brookside Cozy Cottage - Near Downtown Asheville

Enjoy your stay at our warm and cozy detached cottage that offers you privacy and is only five minutes to the fun of downtown Asheville, under five minutes to the University of North Carolina Asheville campus, and close to the Biltmore House and Blue Ridge Parkway.

The cottage stands alone along a quaint brook with seating and tables.
Listen to the many sounds of numerous birds!
The space
The cottage offers one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a living room with a convertible sofa that opens into a full sized bed, sleeping up to four adults total.

There is one full bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.

There are TV's in the living room and bedroom with Roku streaming devices. A folding computer desk is available for extra workspace when needed.

The cottage is located just minutes from downtown Asheville, yet feels secluded and private. Uber and Lyft are available in the area and average $8 - $10 to downtown Asheville and nearby breweries.

I was a dog groomer for over 20 years and love old world values and the beauty of nature which you are surrounded by here in the cottage. We love antiques and when you stay in the cottage you will feel like you are home.
