Conveniently located just over a mile from I-26, our property feels like a secluded woodland escape. Surrounded by two acres of forest and frequented by deer in the evenings, it’s a peaceful, nature-filled experience—without sacrificing location.

The drive to our home features beautiful views of the French Broad River, a local favorite for tubing and outdoor fun.

Very nice basement VRBO with everything that you need except a kitchen stove and sink. We enjoyed staying here because it was relatively close to the Biltmore mansion and gardens which we wanted to see. The host was very helpful and informative. It is a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to visit the Asheville, NC area.

We loved our stay here! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool table was such a fun bonus and gave us plenty to do in the evenings. The bed and couch were both super comfortable. Being from Florida, we especially appreciated the space heaters! The water stayed nice and warm, and the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was a very pleasant experience. Easy checkin and checkout. Very clean property that provided everything I needed for my 4 night stay. The bed was super comfortable and cozy. The coffee bar was a delight. I loved the deer walking through the yard and the fireflies at night. Wonderful stay!

Perfect getaway!

This was truly the perfect spot for my partner and I to stay during our getaway trip to Asheville. Angie is an excellent communicator and host, and there were so many little details that made this spot charming. The sheets and towels were SO soft, and everything was exceptionally clean! I cannot recommend this stay enough and I hope to return some day.

Charming!

This charming spot was so comfortable. It was clean with amenities including delicious coffee. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and I will miss it:) There were plenty of clean towels and a nice shower. I would definitely stay here again!

Wooded Oasis

Very clean and close drive from airport; close to an Ingles( supermarket) and lots of great restaurants. Comfortable bed ( assortment of pillow types .. can easily find one YOU like ); rain shower and nice soft towels. Angie was very welcoming and communicated with us during our stay asking if we needed anything. Great assortment of coffees & teas for Keurig. We would definitely stay at Angie's "Wooded Oasis" again.

Great for couples

We were in Asheville to visit the Biltmore estate. The property met all our needs. It was a great base of operations to recharge and plan out our adventure. It was simple and clean with great communication from the host. It’s also close to great restaurants and a movie theater. Our favorite restaurants were Tupelo Honey, Luella’s BBQ & Biscuit Head. Easy access to highways. Would definitely stay again.
