This is a spacious 2 BR, 2.5 BA townhouse condo (Starboard Village 624) directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Spectacular views from upper and lower balconies. The living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath are downstairs, while the bedrooms and bonus room are upstairs. Fully updated and equipped kitchen. Quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats 6 comfortably. Kitchen bar seats 4 comfortably. All bedrooms and living room have smart tv's with cable. Bonus room has a smart tv. Concrete construction makes this end unit very quiet. Garage parking for one car, outside parking for one car. NO ELEVATOR. You will need to walk up a flight of stairs to enter the condo and another flight of stairs to reach the bedrooms. Bicycles are a great way to get around (rental or bring your own). Island Trolley is a fun free way to get around too, runs in the summer. 5 minute walk to the popular Peg Leg Pete's restaurant. Historic Ft Pickens is nearby. Beach chairs can be rented and delivered to the beach for you by local rental company. You will love the unit and very quiet location.

The property was ideal. Perfect location directly on the beach with panoramic views. Also down towards the end of fort Pickens much less crowded. The property had everything we needed and the hosts communicated well and were accommodating.

Perfect location to the beach access, not a long walk!! Clean room with everything we needed. Loved the view from our balcony would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean and functioning. The beach is so close! It worked out great. It's also a short walk to Peg Leg Pete's and Tom Thumb. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The view was beautiful! It was quiet and the beach was never overly crowded. We are already planning a trip back!

Perfect Spot on the Beach

The property is in a great location, right next to the beach, and not overcrowded. The view from the balcony is fantastic, and you can leave the door cracked and listen to the calming sound of the ocean all night long. Highly recommended!

This unit was absolutely perfect for our group! We had 2 adults and 4 teens, the kids loved having their own bathroom in their room, and it was nice to have a master bedroom setup with our own balcony. Everything looks exactly as pictured, very clean with a modern 'beachy vibe' and views are amazing from the 2 balconies. We saw dolphins multiple times! The unit is fully stocked with everything you could need, from beach chairs and towels to dishes and an extra fan in the bedroom. We received the door code before we arrived and had no issues getting in, the garage was a nice feature especially on a day it rained. Location is amazing, no high rises, way less crowded than the public beaches near the boardwalk but close enough that anything you could want is a 5-10 min drive. Pool was great and even though it didn't seem heated when we stayed, it was still warm enough for us all. Host is super fast at responding and was gracious enough to let us know we could check in early if we were in the area. We highly recommend and would definitely come back!!

Awesome Spot.

The property changed hands after we booked and the previous owner and the new (current) owner were very communicative and helpful through the new process. The new owners even kept our rate the same even though they updated the condo nicely before our arrival. When we got into the area we texted and emailed and got everything figured out speedily and with great communication. They even allowed us to access the property early which is always nice. The stay on the beach was seamless and too short as are all vacations. The place was nice and convenient to everything. This is out fourth trip to Pensacola Beach and our best one yet. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this condo to anyone.

The place could have been a little cleaner. We had one washcloth for the entire week. There was black mildew in the shower & a few other things.I recommend some sort of pillow top for the master bedroom king. It was hard sleeping. There was also construction going on next door @ gulf winds for a remodel (no fault to the owners). Other than that it would be a quiet nook for the private people. Starboard Village is my favorite place to stay and it was nice condo overall! The addition to the beach entrance was awesome. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels , and trash bag! You one get one.
