Phenomenal

The pictures actually don't capture just how awesome the view is. We were there 4 days and walked on the beach once! We just sat on the balcony and listened to the waves, watched dolphins, and sunsets. The restaurants close by were all good as well.

Gulf View excellent

For two older people wanting a quieter neighborhood and less activity on the beach, this was a good choice. If you want a wide soft sand beach this is not for you. The view from the balcony can't be beat any time of day and especially sunset. We walked up and down the beach every day. I bought a coffee cup for myself as there are only 3 or 4 small ones in the kitchen. The skillet was the cheapest I have ever used. The upside is you can figure out how to make things work. Great ice maker in refrigerator.

Reviewer Comments: Great condo in a great location, just a short ride from great breakfast at Sweet Sage, Drinks/Dinner at Sea Breeze, Salt Rock Grill or The Pub and easy access to shopping. The beach was clean, and the view from the deck was superb. This is an excellent well cared for condo, the description and photos were spot on. It had everything needed for a short or long stay. Although the neighborhood is safe, having secure access to the building was appreciated. The bedroom offers a queen and full size bed, which would become tight for four as they are up against walls on one side. The washer/dryer in the unit is a plus.The team at the management company made the reservation process simple, and easily accommodated an off hours arrival.

Great except one hiccup

Everything was good at this condo. For the price, it was a great option. The only things I would have liked to have seen upgraded in the space would be balcony furniture so I could comfortably relax outside and an updated front door system. We had a late flight into Tampa. Knowing that it was a late flight and we wouldn't be arriving at the condo until at least 8 or 9pm, we called VRBO and asked what we need upon arrival to the condo because we were never sent instructions. We asked if there was an office or a key pan pin to gain access. The gentleman on the phone told us that it would be open (odd I know). We arrived and it was locked of course, after waiting in the parking lot with my very stressed out family for quite some time in the middle of the night, we finally got a call that we needed to go find a building a couple miles up the road and keys would be in a mailbox waiting for us. It was frustrating, it worked out in the end but every other VRBO I e stayed in had a pin to get into the door that was emailed the day of arrival. Besides those things it was great but I would caution future renters to call and ask for the details to this location ahead of time.

This Building Is Not For Renters

The apartment was fine, the building was definitely not renter friendly. Our car was blocked in by a claimed resident, handwritten notes from "The Board" appeared in the elevator and hallway, a man seemed to be living out of the garage, you needed a key to activiate the outdoor shower. A resident said he wished the others would quit prostituting their units, dogs were on the beach and the building, parking lot flooded. A myriad of issues with no way to address them. Not worth it.

A super place to stay

The unit was super clean, right on the Ocean and we couldn’t have had a better time anywhere. We will certainly be back because of the quaint atmosphere and overall great time we had playing in the water and just relaxing.

Pleasantly Surprised

This condo was a pleasant surprise. The pictures on VRBO really don't do it justice. It is spacious and furnished just right without being cluttered. The balcony is also spacious and overlooks the beach and gulf. Beautiful sunsets! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed this condo and how close it was to the beach! The only down side was the parking space. It was tight to get our Tahoe in with all the other vehicles in their spots. Would definitely stay again!

Would highly recommend anyone staying here. Only complaint would be the beds were a little uncomfortable, but nothing that could not be fixed. Nice to have the laundry in unit and plenty of space for 4 people! Great views and breezes through the balcony. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Quiet Beach

The beach was pleasant. However, the road noise was something we weren’t used to as the bedrooms were on the road side of the condo. The elevator went out a couple of times but was working again within a short period of time.

Great Stay but needs a few minor fixes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pointe 502. We were booked there for four weeks but had to leave a few days early due to a medical emergency in the family. The condo has a great view of the ocean and we were able to enjoy the few sunsets we had. They had plenty of kitchenware and linens! There were a few minor inconveniences that we would suggest the owner or handyman take care of. The bathroom door did not close properly, it just needed a minor adjustment to do so. Secondly, the sliding glass door to the balcony was very difficult to open and needed a little grease or oil to make them open easier. We did spray Pam on it which helped for a bit. The bathroom fan needed cleaned. The prior guests stuck a note to it but apparently the cleaning people didn’t bother to look up. Lastly, the light switch in the bedroom did not turn on the overhead light. We had to walk into the room and turn on a lamp. Other than those, it was a great stay and we would gladly return in the future.

The balcony has a nice table set which allowed to have some nice meals outside with an ocean view. The location is great, roughly 30 minutes from all of the major tourist areas but far enough away to enjoy a quiet beach.
