Only half a block away from Avenida Colon and just an 8-minute walk to Aristides (where Mendoza night life takes place, full of bars, restaurants, boutique stores, etc.). There are AC units in the 2 main bedrooms, the living/dining area and the kitchen (Mendoza can get hot). Supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, etc, all within a short walk.
