Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Wash & dry pots and pans and return to the cabinets. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Empty the refrigerator.

Start a load of dirty towels, wash cloths, white floor mat and hand towels plus kitchen wash cloths and towels.

Place amenity cards on the entry table with the “Welcome” book. (Amenity cards can be used at the gate, pool area and workout room at the club house.)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a quick weekend getaway to Branson as a family. We've stayed at Pointe Royale in the past and had a good experience. The location of this complex is great - just far enough away, yet close enough to town. Nonnie's Nest offered a great escape and felt like home. Very clean, comfortable beds, and had all of the amenities you could need. The only complaint was the family staying in the unit above were very loud. Obviously, that is not something the owners of Nonnie's Nest can control. Will definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect. The rooms were super clean and decorated so cute. Mike and Michele are gracious host and had everything in the condo we needed. We brought extra stuff but didn’t need it. They are in a beautiful golfing community and we enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect, just a short walk from the condo. Nothing you want to do on Branson’s main street is more than 15 minutes away. Do not be afraid to stay here. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Branson. Thank you Mike and Michele

We loved this condo! It felt like home when we walked in. It was very clean and well stocked. Mike and Michele were super quick to respond and very kind. We loved going down and sitting by the Lake! The hot tub and indoor pool were also nice!

This condo was perfect! Great location, very clean and well stocked for our week long stay. We enjoyed Thanksgiving lunch at the club house, used the pool, and dined at the Grill! Highly recommend this condo for your stay in Branson! Close enough to all the sites, but tucked in enough on a golf course to provide a peaceful stay.

We have been renting NN since Nov 2019 and have not received complaints on parking previously. We have stayed at NN many times ourselves and never had parking issues. We hope you choose NN for your future stays, but certainly understand if you do not. Again, we are sorry you had this experience.
