Ligger på första våningen detta tre sovrum Riverfront villa erbjuder fantastisk utsikt och enkel tillgång till Pemigewasset River. Rymligt vardagsrum, matsal och kök upptar den centrala delen av denna bostadsrätt. På ena sidan av vardagsrummet är det största sovrummet svit med dubbelsäng, TV och privat badrum. På andra sidan finns ytterligare två sovrum (ett med en full-size säng, den andra med en uppsättning våningssängar och en enkelsäng) samt ett badrum.

Under sommarsäsongen se till att ta ett dopp i den närliggande gammaldags floden simning hål eller tillbringa tid på en av de två utomhuspooler. Tennisbanor finns också tillgängliga under sommarmånaderna.

Perfect for another stay in Lincoln!

Absolutely perfect for our return trip to Lincoln and Mt. Washington. Every picture was accurate. Very spacious and very clean. Received a phone call upon reserving, followed by an email the day of arrival. Highly recommended!

Rainy but fun weekend

Would definitely rent this unit again. Only problem we had was the shower in the main bedroom didn’t drain fast enough. We were standing in ankle deep water as we were showering.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Riverfront 105 was almost perfect. Booked last minute and reservation staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Place was very quaint, immaculate, view out sliding glass doors was the river just steps away. Swimming hole short walk away kids loved it. Convenient to everything. Everything was great. The only little drawback was the week we stayed humidity was incredibly high and cottage does not have a/c but did provide fans. Despite difficult sleeping would still highly recommend !

Old carpet, 25 year old dishwasher which bottom rack fell off tracks when loaded, old bedroom furniture. Three pans were burnt on the bottom that we had to clean. Location is close to mountain and on bus route. Rental staff were very friendly and efficient.

Review for Loon Reservation Services

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Loon Mt. Condos for more than 25 years. This property was by far the worst. The couch was unusable-you sank practically to the floor. The oven was so dirty we thought we were going to set off the smoke alarms just trying to heat up dinner. The beds were generally uncomfortable, as were the pillows. We could not get the DVD player to work with the TV. The location for the Highland Games was superb. But the inside of this place could use some major overhauling!
