Situé au premier étage de cette copropriété de trois chambres Riverfront offre de superbes vues et un accÚs facile à la riviÚre Pemigewasset. Le salon, salle à manger et cuisine spacieuse occupe la partie centrale de cette copropriété. D'un cÎté de la zone de vie est la suite chambre des maßtres avec lit queen, télévision et salle de bain privée. D'un autre cÎté, il y a deux chambres supplémentaires (une avec un grand lit, l'autre avec un ensemble de lits superposés et un lit double), ainsi qu'une salle de bain complÚte.

Pendant la saison estivale, assurez-vous de prendre un bain dans le temps quasi par le vieux trou de natation de la riviÚre de la mode ou de passer à l'une des deux piscines extérieures. Des courts de tennis sont également disponibles pendant les mois d'été.

Les piscines et les tribunaux peuvent ne pas ĂȘtre disponibles pour de courtes pĂ©riodes en raison de l'entretien mĂ©canique ou physique. Admittance peut ĂȘtre refusĂ©e pour non-respect des rĂšgles pool / judiciaires.

Place was very quaint, immaculate, view out sliding glass doors was the river just steps away. Swimming hole short walk away kids loved it. Convenient to everything. Everything was great. The only little drawback was the week we stayed humidity was incredibly high and cottage does not have a/c but did provide fans. Despite difficult sleeping would still highly recommend !

Old carpet, 25 year old dishwasher which bottom rack fell off tracks when loaded, old bedroom furniture. Three pans were burnt on the bottom that we had to clean. Review for Loon Reservation Services

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Loon Mt. Condos for more than 25 years. This property was by far the worst. The couch was unusable-you sank practically to the floor. The oven was so dirty we thought we were going to set off the smoke alarms just trying to heat up dinner. The beds were generally uncomfortable, as were the pillows. We could not get the DVD player to work with the TV. The location for the Highland Games was superb. But the inside of this place could use some major overhauling!
