comfy ´´like home´´

We needed a place to stay for 4 weeks. This was a very lovely, very clean & comfortable condo. It was the best equipped place we have ever stayed. Linda greeted us and showed us the ropes. She was very accommodating. Neighbors were friendly and felt very safe. Very relaxing yet close to everything. Highly recommend it and would stay again. Good local restaurants in the area.

Winter Fun on Christmas Island

We rented this nice Christmas Island condo this winter (January & February 2013). We had a wonderful time with family and friends! The open floor plan and stocked kitchen made it perfect for our group dinners. Relaxing by the beautiful fireplace and enjoying the sunsets over the snow covered lake was awesome! Quiet and private, yet so close to the ski resorts, shopping and restaurants - it was a great winter!! We recommend this condo to your family and friends, especially since the owners are so nice to work with!

The location was great, protected boat dock, nice sandy beach area for relaxing or swimming.

The home was nicely decorated, very comfortable furniture, fully equiped kitchen, separate a/c in each level, decks to sit on and enjoy morning coffee or sunsets in the evening. The owner was always available to answer questions and was extremely accommodating with any requests. We look forward to returning next year. Would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Great location! Great house! Linda is wonderful!

This will be our fourth year at Christmas Island. It is such a perfect location for our family. We love the fully stocked kitchen and the peace of the neighborhood. Breakfast is wonderful on the deck! Linda is very accommodating and does everything possible to ensure a great stay. Really a home away from home! Thank you, Linda!

Another Fabulous Summer Vacation on Xmas Island

We've been renting this property every summer for 3 years and this week we did two separate weeks of vacation -- The house couldn't be more comfortable and homey. It is always super clean and Linda is very accommodating if there is ever a problem or anything you need... We bring along our 25' boat and have only wonderful things to say about the docks and the boat slip. We will be back again next summer for another stay for sure! Thank you so much Linda for another fabulous vacation week (or two:)) ~Debbie, Doug, & Amelia :)

Fantastic Boating Vacation

My family enjoyed a fantastic boating vacation at Linda’s condo on Christmas Island August 3rd-August 8th 2013. Linda was very accommodating and stayed in touch with us from the time we booked our week until our arrival. The condo was very clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the outside deck with views of the water. The boat slip was sheltered in a protected cove and was perfect for our 24’ Four Winns. We also enjoyed the private beach. The condo is minutes away from grocery stores, outstanding restaurants and many attractions. The neighbors were friendly and were especially helpful when we experienced difficulties with our boat trailer. We will highly recommend this condo to our friends.

This IS New Hampshire!

My family and I stayed here and we loved it! Beautiful views, clean and cozy. The location was great, close to everything.I would definitely stay here again.My kids loved the private beach! It was nice not to have to go to far to be at the water, I really liked that! Breakfast on the deck was great, so pretty here! Would highly recommend!

Life is good!

I have rented this home on three separate occasions. Whether it was fall, summer or the dead of winter, my family and friends have enjoyed this charming, warm and inviting place. We have enjoyed breakfast on the porch, watching the sunset from the secluded beach and sleeping in the most comfortable beds. This home has so much to offer. It's the perfect place to stay and unwind. Although it is within a closed, secluded area, it is very close to the grocery store and other very nice restaurants and shopping stores. I highly recommend choosing this rental as your next vacation destination.

We have been going to the Lakes Region for over 20 years, from young adulthood to having a family of five. The scenic ride to North country never gets old. Friends and family have enjoyed all seasons here on Lake Winnipesauke.....New England's largest Lake! From fine dining, local eateries, Mountain Climbing, Shopping or just relaxing by the Lake~it never gets old. From season to season this area is centrally located yet so private. My favorite place for sure...

When renting this property, you will be on a beautiful Island, (has bridge for car/truck entrance) and feel like you are vacationing from the time you enter the gated community! Whether it is leaf peaping season, or ski the lazy hazy days of summer~there are endless things to do~or do nothing at all!

What makes this property unique

We have transformed this property into our dream home on Christmas Island. The water splashing against the shore, the loons and the smell of the country shopping and countless places to enjoy right around the corner. The best of both worlds! I have a boat slip available (for additional 100.00) Private Beach is just peaceful and perfect for napping, swimming or simply relaxing waiting for the Sun to rise or set. It is peaceful Paugus Bay.....a HiddenGem for sure!!
