The Town of Innisfil and Uber have come together to bring on-demand, affordable, and safe transportation to the town`s community, in Canada`s first ridesharing and transit partnership.

➤ Yoga studio is not heated.

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don`t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you`re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can`t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➤ Hot Tub: If you have sensitive skin and smell, please use at your own discretion, as CHEMICALS are used to treat water as needed and according to standard maintenance.

➤ SNOW REMOVAL for driveways and parking areas:
Snow removal will be done if there is a snowfall of over 4 inches. Please NOTE during heavy snowfalls and winter weather storm advisories, the properties will be maintained the best we can. Your patience will be appreciated, as during these times, snow crews can be very busy helping to keep all of the roads in the area cleared.

➤ SNOW and ICE: Due to the nature of cottage country`s natural terrain, we will do our best to keep the walkways to the cottage entrance clear. NOTE there can be snow and ice on the ground, as well as build up and cannot be removed until weather permits us to do so. Walkways and steps can be SLIPPERY, please bring the appropriate footwear and be prepared for this type of weather.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house/cottages, including the patio. Please smoke just out at the yard. :)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
