Welcome to our cozy home! Our place is the perfect getaway for all travelers, whether you're looking for a weekend trip or an extended holiday. Nestled in the heart of Colorado Springs, our home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere and plenty of amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Right on the corner of a cul-de-sac with gorgeous views of the eastern front of the Rocky Mountains including Pikes Peak. And a brand new deck to soak it all in. Three-sided gas fireplace - just flip the switch! We are located close to delicious restaurants and exciting attractions like Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Our three-bedroom (queen beds in all bedrooms and a pull-out couch as well) house features two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances and cooking essentials necessary for meal preparation, a lovely dining room ideal for entertaining friends or family, and ample outdoor space perfect for relaxing on nice days. With queen beds, comfy furnishings including another pull-out bed in the living room, and good wifi access, this rental offers all the comforts of home that make your stay stress free and enjoyable. Loved the house. It was very clean, even the deck. Loved sitting on the deck, looking at Pikes Peak. Liked the layout of the house, worked perfectly for us. If we go to Colorado Springs again, we will want to stay at this house. It was so nice and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet.

Excellent stay - home was family friendly- well stocked kitchen - loved sitting on the deck in the sun for lunch - beds were really comfortable - plush towels - easy location for everything we wanted to see and do - great host made check in and out so easy - will stay again if we are out this way . Great experience.

We loved the house. It was spotless upon our arrival, and it's location was very convenient for everything we did. We were very happy with the home. We did run into a problem which was completely my fault. I did not count the number of nights correctly when I booked the house. This led to our group thinking that we were going to check out on Friday, September 18th. Based on that misconception, on Thursday the 17th our group proceeded to explore Cheyenne Mountain State Park. Unfortunately I had only booked the home through Wednesday night so we were supposed to check out on Thursday morning. Andrew had tried to contact me multiple times, but he didn't have my phone number. So the cleaning crew put our belonging into the basement while they cleaned the house. When we did get into contact with Andrew, we needed to scramble fast as other renters were on their way. Again, I want to stress this was in no way Andrews fault. The fault is completely mine. I mention all this because Andrew showed more concern about our safety than the fact we did not check out on time. He showed nothing but patience and handled our mistake very professionally and compassionately. If anything, it made me more likely to stay at one of their homes in the future. So overall, a great experience.

Owner was prompt in response and very accommodating. Place was spotless. Looking out the living room window and seeing Pikes Peak was amazing. Definitely would stay here again!

Family of 4 Getaway in Colorado Springs!

This is a nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained rental property. It was the best stocked rental we've had and we rent a property every summer! The beds were comfortable and it was nice location. There is also a grocery store, restaurants, and Starbucks less than 5min away! Lastly, most of the Colorado Springs activities are only 20-30min away. We would rent here again!

Great Property Manager!

House was clean and worked well for us. Some family have mobility issues and appreciated being in one floor with a walk in shower. We had some minor issues that Andrew addressed immediately. His maintenance manager, John, is courteous and knowledgeable. We felt well cared for.

Great family spot!

My husband and I traveled to “The Springs” to visit our daughter, her husband and his 2 sons for Thanksgiving. The dining room table was plenty big for all of us to have family meals - and games afterward. There is a wonderful gas fireplace that kept the great room warm and cozy. The kitchen was tidy, had a terrific coffee machine, and was well-appointed. It had everything I needed for our holiday meals. The boys especially liked the ping pong table in the basement. A real hit! The property is close enough to downtown and shopping centers if you need something to do. In warmer weather, outdoor activities are nearby. (Too cold this trip!). The neighborhood is quiet and residential - perfect for us. Andrew was very helpful and responded quickly to any question I had. We highly recommend this property!

Place was exactly as advertised. Fully stocked with essentials, hot water for 6 showers each day. Location was far enough from the hustle and bustle in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to drive to everything we wanted to do in the area. We didn't need to communicate with the host during our stay but I have no doubt Andrew would have responded if needed. We had a wonderful time.
