I’m surprised you waited almost an entire year to leave a review. I immediately knew who you were because you were complaining about all the fireworks on the Fourth of July from our neighbors. You never once complained about our dogs while you stayed here for the one night. You left because you didn’t like the sound of independence once I explained I couldn’t control my neighbors. Folks love staying here, you just didn’t and that is okay. Farm life isn’t for everybody when you’re from the inner city. We’re on 40 acres here and it’s peaceful. Thanks for coming

Yes ma’am, Miss Judy this is a working farm. The area around cabin is private and the 2 employees park exactly 300 feet away, also Company trucks are parked 500’ from the cabin in the wood line parking lot. The company materials are over 1/4 mile down the long driveway. You can only go about 15 mph up the driveway pulling equipment etc up the hill. Glad you had a great time. Thanks for coming.

Thank you for coming. The queen bed works perfect if you operate the pump correctly and close the valve. The bed is holding air perfect right now. 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin, 1 Cot and a Couch are the sleeping arrangements. I guess you should of asked me the several times we talked in person about any concerns because I didn’t get your messages over the holiday weekend through Vrbo. And as I mentioned I received a brand new phone. Place is very clean., Pristine depends on who you talk too. Thanks again

Did you not look at all the pictures, watch the video and read the description? I think you’re confused. Nowhere on my listing does it say we have a kitchenette with an oven. I’d appreciate you changing your review to reflect what’s actually stated within the details and description of our studio. Nowhere does it describe a kitchenette, and clearly states that there is a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee pot. It’s mentioned twice in the description what is available. I’m sorry that you thought there was a full cooking kitchen, but nowhere ever was a kitchen described to be available with this listing. Now, if you could do the right thing and reread the description that was provided before you rented our space, and clearly see it does not mention anything about a space to cook, except in the microwave or the grill, but clearly not with the kitchenette cooking stove. Vrbo makes us file out the entire description by clicking what’s available, you can see this in “Amenities” section. It’s not fair to leave this review up because you misread our description. Again look at pictures and watch the video, Gheesh! But if you go past our driveway 1/4 mile you run into the river. If you look at an aerial map, the river wraps around the farm. Wow that a lot of words when all you had to do was message me. I was next door your entire stay. There were 4 garbage bags left for you and you used all 4 because they’re in my trash can. If you needed more all you had to do was ask because I have them in the closet. I made a 12 cup of coffee today and nobody has said a word about the coffee pot. Again, if you needed help running the coffee pot, all you had to do was ask. I live there, and it was cleaned the morning you arrived. My cleaning crew showed up and cleaned the place. I walked through and it was spotless. I checked it myself. Yes there is a Business ran off of the 60 acres. When you come into the driveway that is 1/2 mile long, only at the entrance, off to the side is a stone yard. I’m in the stone business and I build backyard oasis in Middle Tennessee. What are you referring to as a dump is actually a 31-year-old small family business. You can’t even see any of this from the cabin I rented you. Again, if you would’ve messaged me, I could’ve explained, but I didn’t realize you had a problem because we never heard from you. Not once….. There is a very large island in the middle of the kitchen. It’s huge. That’s where I eat and mu family eats.I have four stools and two chairs all within reaching distance of the island. There’s also a gigantic coffee table. I didn’t realize you wanted a formal dinning table at the log cabin or I could’ve moved something in for you, but I haven’t had a complaint yet about the island. As far as the outside tables, all you had to do is wipe them off. I wipe them off every week, but considering things are blooming outside, there’s a lot of pollen. I’m thinking instead of complaining here, you should’ve just grabbed something and wiped it off. But that’s just me ma’am. Again if you had a problem with the tables being dirty from the pollen, you could’ve reached out to me and I walked over there to wipe your table off for you. Yes ma’am there’s only one shower downstairs with a giant tub and it’s inside the downstairs master bedroom. If you had a problem showering with whoever got the master bedroom all you had to do was message me and I might of given you access to my upstairs private bathroom just to make you happy. But when you don’t communicate with me while you’re there it’s hard to know what you want or what you’re complaining about until after the fact, like you’ve done here.
