Not happy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit needs updating desperately - we have stayed in that unit twice but will not return to it - I wrote a lengthy review last year and nothing was done

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very dated. Carpets and furniture were dirty and stained and the bedding was old torn and stained. We had to run everything through the wash before we felt comfortable using it. Eventually the bedding was replaced but had to also be washed before use. Wifi was a disaster and remotes for TV didn’t work and had to be replaced. Place had 4 coffee makers but no toaster. Only redeeming factor was proximity to a great beach and wonderful sunsets. This property needs a desperately needed update and a thorough cleaning. Not Recommended!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex is dated but wonderful views and right on the beach. The unit is roomy but the furniture, carpets and blinds were so dated, stained and ripped, with old and ripped bedding. I had to clean all placemats, kitchen oven mitts, bathroom rugs and remove one of the 3 foam covers and mattress covers that were ripped, stained and didn’t fit the king size bed before we could use them. The wifi was also non existent or spotty in ,ost if the villa until the modum was replaced during the second week if our stay.

Loved it

really enjoyed this outstanding condo. Cannot handle 1000 increase next year unfortunately and would need feb and march both. Needs outdoor trash can coming from beach and storage for personal lawn chairs (very few provided on beach)

Great view; comfortable and spacious

The condo is just as it looks in the photos. It is quite spacious, with several seating areas. The pool was a great plus for our little one. Covered parking was also a plus. Everything worked as it should. Great porch with direct gulf views-exactly what we needed and wanted.

Loved our stay for kids first beach trip!

This property is 100% accurate to the description. The accommodations are dated but if you view the listing that should be expected. The unit was spacious, very clean and in a great location with the beach steps away and restaurants just across the street. We enjoyed the complex being small and the beach not being crowded. I would stay here again the next time I go to longboat key.

Nice view on Longboat Key Beach

The location and view is what makes this condo. Right on the beach. The condo is big enough and the den has a pull out sofa with an inflatable bed. Things are clean and the carpet is new as well. It is not the newest decor but is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is the quiet part of the island and the beach often feels to be your own!. I would stay here again when I come back to Longboat Key
