Excellent value home on a quiet residential street, close to shops, very convenient for north shore beaches. Gorgeous view from a backyard. Very responsive and accommodating manager who made our check in and stay great, made us feel welcome. Some interior maintenance would make it a five star property, but you can’t beat the value as it is, since it’s a single family home perfect for a small family to relax and be a base for island exploration. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at this house, the location was great! Check in was simple. We had an issue with the garage door opener and the problem was handled same day and the management was very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

I wrote in the guest book- the kitchen was very well equpped the only thing we missed was a tea strainer.Loved having the beach chairs! emasculate lawn- like a golf green. very comfortable beds. The master could use a mirror somewhere. Really well done. We cleaned up broken glass under the glass table- but it could use a vacuum for pieces we might have missed. We broke one glass in the kitchen. a great trip!!!

Wonderful relaxing location

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this location. It is minutes from Princeville center. Its nice and quiet and relaxing with awesome views. Highly recommended to anyone staying in the area.

Nice little place.Clean.Great neighborhood. Very quiet. The house it self need some upgrades, old appliances, but they're all working. But for the price that we paid, we cannot complain.

Beautiful getaway!

We had a lovely time in this house. It was a very quiet neighborhood and centrally.located. Our toddler appreciated the yard and we ate many meals outside. Would 10/10 recommend.

Nice location

This home is in a great location with grocery store and many activities (parks, restaurants, etc.) The yard is well kept and beautiful plants surround. The house is in a neghborhood so some dog barking, etc. The blinds in the bedrooms are missing. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Perfect home base for exploring Kauai

We loved our stay at this comfortable home. It’s located in a lovely residential area with views of the mountains and waterfalls. We loved waking up to birdsong and colorful skies. We made meals everyday with no issues. If you like to grind your coffee beans like we do, you’ll need to go by the local Ace Hardware and pick up a grinder-that’s the only thing this home didn’t provide. Plenty of beach towels, coolers, and boogie boards were appreciated. You cannot go wrong choosing Ota House for your vacation!!

Tranquility

Don’t bother booking this place… I’m going to buy it and live in it forever and ever! I hope they bury my bones in the backyard so I can listen to the birds singing each morning, enjoy the amazing views of the mountains in the day, and gaze at a star-filled sky during the night.This home is exactly that… a home and not a house. It provides all the simple necessities, nothing too fancy getting in the way of enjoying a good night’s sleep so you can have more quality time with loved ones! E le’a mai!

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The location of the home was in a really nice quite neighborhood. We loved the views and beautiful backyard. House is outdated but pretty clean. It could have had more of a detail cleaning job. Seems like they do a quick surface clean. Some of the lights would work and then not. One of the fans was broken and with no ac it would have been nice to have it working. Overall it was a good place to stay and the property management had wonderful customer service.
