This freshly updated townhome (unit 143) located at the gated Largo Mar community is a perfect paradise for a family or friends getaway. The complex sits beachside on Thomas Drive and the complex has great access to the sandy beaches of PCB.

The main level offers a spacious Kitchen, living room, half bath and a dining area with space for everyone. The master bedroom can be found on the 3rd level, hosting a king size bed, private bathroom, and a private balcony with views of the water as it rolls in. Bedroom 2 is located on the 2nd level of the townhome and hosts a queen bed with two bunk beds recently installed in the room, there is a full bathroom on this level as well. The common area hosts a sleeper sofa for two, and the unit houses a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.

Largo Mar is located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon area of town. The complexes on Thomas Drive offer more expansive beach access and the Top Restaurants in PCB are just minutes away as you can enjoy brunch at Andy's Flour Power or great seafood meals at Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, The Grand Marlin or J Michaels. The St Andrews State Park is just 5 mins away for an afternoon adventure. You can book fishing excursions and dolphin tours at the St Andrews Marina just 8 mins from the condo.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

No pets (service animals always welcomed) and non smoking unit. Our gated Largo Mar property provides a safe family vacation rental condo for your next vacation trip to Panama City Beach.

The place was very clean and prepared for our stay. The communication with the host was good throughout the week as we had issues with the stovetop and the disposal. Communication on lacked on our arrival day but outside that it was great. The pool and hot tub were utilized by us and were very nice especially on the days we experienced bad weather. Beach access was awesome and the location was very great.

Everything was great about our stay. Pretty much right on the beach. Close to everything we wanted. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Only one suggestion would be to get a better coffee maker. It didn’t work consistently and we ended up going to grab coffee somewhere in the mornings.

The location is Fantastic, the proximity to the beach is excellent. The unit is very well kept and has everything we needed and some. We dine in more than going out and being able to cook full meals and have access to all that we need is important and this unit had it all. Would definitely stay here again. Chase was a super host.

Short Summer Vacation

Our stay at Largo Mar was great. The check in process was easy and property managers were easy to get in contact with. Wifi was out when we got there, but the property manager came by that night to check out the router and quickly let us know the wifi had been struck by lightning and would be fixed the next day. Property managers were very kind and the unit was very clean. Located perfectly for a quiet beach vacation. Would absolutely stay at this location again.

Absolutely loved the gated property and felt very safe. Loved the Groundskeeping team. They do a great job. They invited us to a pool area get together. Met great people. My only complaint is that my mattress on the second floor was horrible, and my back hurt all week. The tile floors were not mopped. I go barefoot and my feet would be black with dirt from the floors. I looked for a mop and bucket but didn't find one. The rest of the house was very clean. I enjoyed the deck and umbrella on the beach. Very nice. Great stay!

The office was great at being flexible with changes. Also the photos do not do justice with how big the space is! They did not skimp on the main TV which was nice since the offseason was a bit chilly for swimming and we spent more time than expected playing games on the TV. Overall the unit was clean! Just the handle in the shared space was broken off the tub, which the kids did figure out, and the master bath sink drain was stored in the drawer. The kitchen had main staples, we did "donate" measuring cups and teaspoons, ice cream scooper and pizza cutter, but the casserole dishes were superb for sheperds pie yum! The hutch was perfect pantry storage since we wat most meals in. The set up and distance to local activities 5 stars. The shuffleboard was fun with easy beach access and the pool is literally right there too. The hot tub was down for repair towards the end which was a bit of a bummer but was a welcome spot throughout the beginning of our stay! Several outdoor rinsing stations to clean feet prior to getting in communal spots was nice too. We did lots of local activities from Putt Putt to ZooWorld to Go Carts and a nice Seafood dinner out on the town. Winn Dixie was close by and we walked over to General Dollar across the street a few times for forgotten items. Overall wonderful property and location we would stay again!
