Scenic Lookout - Short Walk to Rec, Goggin, Uptown

Gorgeous mid-century modern home, "Scenic Lookout," is just off the Miami University Campus. Walking distance to everything Oxford has to offer. Centrally located and peaceful on three acres with a beautiful backyard where you will see lots of wildlife, including RedHawks! Perfect for those visiting for Swim Meets (three blocks from Miami's Recreation Center), Hockey, University events, and Spooky Nook. The house is large with 3.5 baths--ideal for families, or even multiple families or couples.

"Scenic Lookout" is situated on the corner of two major Oxford area streets. It sits on over three acres with ample parking. An outdoor patio await guests on warm summer days or cool fall nights! Upon Entering "Scenic Lookout", you will come to the kitchen with marble countertops, top of the line appliances and plenty of places to sit and eat. The entire house is filled with gorgeous light from the many windows. Off the kitchen is a dining room and a coffee and wine bar! The living room has lots of seating with a fold out sofa and a large pull out chair (suitable for a child to sleep). Take in the beautiful views from the large picture windows! On the main floor you will find a bunkroom with two sets of bunk beds and a workspace. There is a 1/2 bathroom right off the bunkroom.

On the ground floor you will find a huge Master Bedroom with a King Size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a second King Bedroom with a full bathroom right next to it. And a third full bathroom down the hall. Guests will also have access to a large laundry room with a washer and dryer.

There is wireless Internet and a TV in each bedroom. There is a PlayStation in the bunkroom.

Guests will be provided with all linens, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The kitchen has all the amenities to cook at home. There is a hair dryer in the Master Bathroom. There is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig available for your use. We want our guests to be comfortable and enjoy everything Oxford has to offer!

This house and location are perfect for visiting professors and guests of the University. There is a dedicated workspace and high speed Internet. Perfect for remote work too!
