We have six townhouses available at this location all with the same floor plan and extra special amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker with capsules, free Wifi, bottled water, laundry detergent, and much, much more! The high quality furniture and fashionable decor' vary from townhouse to townhouse giving each townhouse its own unique style and flair.

This is the perfect property for parents visiting their son/daughter who is attending Miami University. Our nightly rate is devised so multiple individuals, couples, extended family members, or large groups can rent a townhouse together and split the cost for events such as mom's/dad's weekends, graduation, alumni reunions, holiday, birthday, & wedding celebrations, etc. Large enough to entertain and outdoor picnic tables are also available for your enjoyment!

It was great to be back on campus after 30 years. We rented two units for a group of 10 college alumni and had a fantastic stay. The space was clean, spacious, and worked perfectly for our group. The location was also ideal; close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Clean House 15 Mn walk from Uptown

This place was set up well. I walked to/from everywhere on campus. I like to walk. The kitchen was well stocked. There were only two of us, but we could have fit 1-2 adults in each bedroom (4).

I am the parent of a senior daughter at Miami. I wish we had found your place 4 years ago. Your property is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the location is convenient to everything. Thank you for making this experience one we will remember. Clean roomy townhouse

Very cute townhouse. The kitchen was very roomy, clean & provided a few extras (water, cans of pop. salt & pepper). All 4 beds were very comfy with plenty of pillows & blankets. It was nice to have a kitchen to use for Family Weekend so we can just relax and enjoy our daughter instead of spending time waiting for a table at a restaurant. It was a little bit away from the campus which can be looked at as a good thing too.

The townhouse was very nice. Full kitchen with a refrigerator stocked with water and soda. Kuerig coffee maker with a variety of pods to choose from. A laundry area and nicely decorated bathrooms and bedrooms. Very comfortable beds, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
