-No need to wash any towels, sheets, or dishes. But if you could please take out all of your trash to the two large trash bins on the left side of the driveway it would be much appreciated.
-When checking out please ensure all lights are off, the front door, front gate, and both patio doors are locked. Please turn both a/c thermostats(upstairs and downstairs) to 72 degrees..

The home was very nice but we were met with some difficulties upon arrival. The host prefaced in the check-in instructions that the gate might be difficult to open and would require some manipulation, which led to the key breaking inside the lock. We did make things right by calling our own locksmith to fix it, but we didn’t fully appreciate how the situation was handled since that was just the outcome of us following the check in instructions. :/ Besides that the home was nice and we did enjoy our stay

Enjoyed our stay !

We booked this home so we could take our kids to an Astros game and a Dynamo game . The location was perfect and super close to both stadiums as it was only a few miles away . We loved how modern and clean the home was. Also Isaac was very nice and helpful and quick to respond if I had a question. We definitely would recommend it and when we go back to Houston, we’ll definitely book again .

The house was nicely decorated and clean! It has everything that we need for our party of 7 guests. It even has an electronic balloon pump. House wasn't big nor small. Very cozy! We love the open concept, and the island has ample space for all our stuff! The bonus part is that it has a wall photo. That's a plus! It came in handy for our birthday celebrations photos. If we are ever in the area again with a big group, we would definitely rent this house. We were ever happy with our stay! Thank you for keeping it clean!

Perfect for Our Situation

This was a great place to stay. The Greater 5th Ward is a rougher neighborhood. However, there are several newer townhomes being built in the area. We didn’t have any issues whatsoever. There’s a locked gate at the entrance, and we parked our car in the garage. We were a group of 5 guys coming to town to watch an Astros game and see some sights in Houston. The location in comparison to downtown was great. We could be to Minute Maid Park in 10 minutes. The home was clean and very comfortable. We each had our own bed, and no one had to sleep on a couch. It was well-stocked with the necessities. Isaac, our host, was very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again! We had a great experience!
