Located on Monkey Island less than mile from the Shangri La Resort, Shangri La Golf Clubhouse and the Anchor kid's zone all with award-winning dining! With lake views from the back and Shangri La's Hole 7 view from the front, this location is unbeatable.

This beautifully designed modern home has an open floor plan with the master bedroom, a guest suite and 2.5 baths on the lower level. It also features an office and outdoor shower that is located off the master bathroom. The upper level has two guest suites w/ bathrooms along with a bunk room area. Kids will enjoy their own space equipped with a video gaming area, board games and toys for the little ones. Enjoy outdoor ping pong or sit around the backyard fire pit while taking in incredible lake views.

The owners have great taste in design and this property has premium furniture and all bedrooms have king beds. The loft area has two queen bunk beds (4 queen beds). Relax on the outside terrace upstairs with breathtaking views or the lower patios with kitchen/grill and outdoor TV. Both the Terrace and lower-level patios have premium outdoor furniture!
