The perfect cozy cottage on a private lake with easy access to all of the Acadia sites. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot on the quiet side.

Our stay was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. It was convenient to the attractions at Acadia and MDI and when we returned to Noonie’s Nest the beautiful scenery continued to stimulate our imagination.

This place is actually cuter than in the pictures! It’s very rustic cottage vibes but has all the modern amenities that you need. The back deck is a great place to hang out and we enjoyed watching the tide come in and out. The property is on the west side of the island, which is quieter but expect to drive 30 minutes to get to Bar Harbor or most hikes.

My family of four stayed here for 5 nights and could not have been happier. It was clean, well stocked, and had a beautiful view. The kids loved playing on the rocks and water and we all enjoyed playing cornhole and hanging around the firepit at night. The stargazing from the back porch is amazing if you get a clear night! Was pleasantly surprised there was an A/C unit in the common room which I didn’t expect; though honestly the bedrooms stayed really comfortable with the fans provided and the water breeze. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved this Vintage cottage. Stayed 6 days, it felt so comfortable and homey with a beautiful location. Cooking was easy with the kitchen there.

Serene yet convenient location. Had beautiful weather in early September and saw deer and lots of birds. Great outdoor areas for kids to run around, and we enjoyed smores by the fire pit.

Nice and Quiet

Nice place to be near Acadia and Bar Harbor, but away from the crazy crowds of Bar Harbor. Nice view over the cove and we enjoyed the firepit each night.

Great vacation spot

The property is absolutely beautiful. The cottage sits right on the inlet and in August you could watch the sun set over the inlet. The place was clean and well supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cottage was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful week in Maine! Sheets and towels are very soft. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in to Noonies Nest. Beautiful view, such a relaxing retreat. Thank you!

The Nest Had Everything!

Such a comfortable house and beautiful location. I loved all of the special touches and every time I looked for something I found that item - and even more I didn’t know I needed. In addition, the rental company was fantastic. Very responsive and personable.

Secluded property with great view

Property was very clean, amazing views and lots of wildlife to watch. Property manager was very communicative and property was well stocked. A little further out from bar harbor and Acadia that we normally stay but view was well worth it.

Fantastic

My husband, son and I stayed here for a long weekend. We had a fantastic time and the view is truly amazing. The house was clean and has everything you need. Wish we could have stayed longer!
