Really enjoyed this spot! There are neighboring apartments, but had no issues with noise or parking. If I’m ever back in Mitchell, this will be my first choice!

It was very clean and organized. We did have trouble finding the address, could be better marked from the street. The only issue in the house was the recliner was hard to use. Everything else was great.

The property was very nice and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only negative that kept this review from being a five star is the wall A/C in the living room did not cool the bedrooms effectively.

very nice renovated condo! LOVE the great scent as we walk in the door each time! Very nice decor! although the ac did not seem to work well the laat day 13th. Turned down to 60 but not very cool. opened the patio door ..was cooler than inside.might want to ck it out. A nicer ashower head would be nice in the one bathroom with the tub. But def an overall rating of 10! LOVED and enjoyed our stay you!

Very clean, very accessible, only issue was AC could not keep up and the location did not have an address posted on the building. Did not get notification on the key code to enter the building had to call the owner who was fantastic

Great Little Unit

This worked well for us as a stopping point to overnight on our way from Missouri to Wyoming. The bed was super comfortable and we loved that it was right off the interstate.

Clean, well maintained property. If you have any questions or issues, simply message Ben. The response time is 30 seconds to 4 minutes. Answers and resolutions will be provided in a very pleasant, professional manner.The 4- way stop outside is as described by others. There will be traffic normal to the edge of a town with 15000 residents. It took me about 5 minutes to adjust and I experienced no problems watching TV or sleeping.I would definitely stay at the property again in the future.
