About this property

Charming 2/1 Centrally located and close to ULM! Pet Friendly!

This 2/1 is located near everything in Monroe! Close to Antique Alley, St Francis, ULM. (all about 3 miles). Also near lots of great restaurants and shopping.
This is a really cozy 1950's cottage and I've kept a lot of the original charm. There is covered parking and a fully fenced in backyard for your pet. No extra pet fees.
The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook meals. I provide coffee and snacks for all guests. For the babies/infants, there is a new pack and play.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This place was nice, just as described, and in a great neighborhood. The host was very easy to communicate with, check-in was a breeze. Located minutes from Antique Alley and the Louisiana Purchase Zoo. It was clean, comfy, and cozy! If you want a great cajun meal that is close to here, try Trappy's.

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay! The host was very responsive to my messages and graciously accommodated my requests. The home was stocked with everything needed for my stay. It was a comfortable, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved the fenced-in backyard for the dogs. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!
