This townhouse has a spacious ground floor which comprises the open plan kitchen, dining, living room and open air patio. The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and adjoins the spacious living room, which is also well equipped with Smart TV, Sonos speaker & even virtual concierge service. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning. This ground floor opens out through French doors onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped kitchen with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.

On the first floor there is an air-conditioned king size bedroom. The air conditioned master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king bed and boasts a modern and spacious ensuite bathroom. The Harbour is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a swimming pool set amidst the lush tropical foliage.

Had a lovely time in this beautiful townhome. The primary bedroom was on the 3rd floor, so we got our steps in ... but it was worth it. It had a great balcony that caught a nice breeze with a great view. The home came pretty well stocked ... only thing missing that we expected was shampoo / conditioner. But that was easy to grab from the grocery store, which was right around the corner! Location was great - easy walk to restaurants (and the grocery store). We were there to do scuba, and it was an easy walk to Dive Saint Lucia. Extra bonus was the housekeeping visits every 2-3 days! And the concierge service was very helpful.
