From the house you can have a privileged view of Rio de Janeiro, overlooking the immensity of the sea and allowing interaction with wild animals. You can also enjoy works of art that are available in all spaces. It is possible to rent the property for accommodation, requiring at least 10 days prior check-in. It is also possible to rent for small celebrations (corporate events, mini wedding and so on).

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Will be charged the consumption of electricity in season rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm - after business hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside office hours there is a convenience fee.

PROPERTY RULES:
PROHIBITED pets on the property.
The house is limited to ten (10) people, including children.
Guests will be allowed only with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other persons within the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during the stay at the property, whether caused by himself or his guests and companions, as fines that may occur due to violation of law or internal regulations of the condominium.
