Carefree Cottage is a gem!

Carefree Cottage is a gem! The backyard pool and TV area are perfect--my husband can't be out in the sun, so he's able to sit in shade and watch TV while I do my basking in the sun by the pool!

We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay and have this property saved in our favorites (we visit Anna Maria at least once a year). Office was very quick to respond to any and all issues. Pool was amazing as was the overall outdoor space, Home is in a great location and met all of our needs (3 couples).

Aspectos negativos: Ubicación
The bed sheets were mostly clean but some of the pillowcases were iffy as if they were not changed out. Have zero Wi-Fi in the bedroom that was previously a garage turned into a bedroom so we could not watch tv in there for the entire stay. This same room had a shower without curtain that made a water mess all over after each shower. The wall AC unit was broken (we knew that before we booked) and was told there’s a temp/portable one in room for a couple of days during our stay. We did not know that The portable AC had to be vented through the window until we showed up to property. We were concerned there were no safety measures to ensure someone would not be able to break in easily. We were offered fans but temps were over 100F every day during our stay so we opted to keep the portable AC. The floor was never mopped, the second day there, my kid walked around the house bare feet for a few hours and the bottom of her feet were as black as tar (disgusting). None of us walked on the floor barefoot again after that. The Alexa devices (three) were all listening to convos inside home and we were not aware they were on &/or on the premises until the 3rd day there. when confronted management- they claimed they were not aware. There were incidents of cockroaches on property both inside/outside. We killed two inside home and two separate incidents of cockroach inside pool. The house came with adequate beach gear (wagon, etc). The distance to beach was good.

Coastal Retreat

Carefree Cottage is a beautiful and unique property. We stayed with our family for spring break and had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach and to shops and restaurants can't be beat. We loved spending time at the house and enjoying the outside space and pool. SeaBreeze was also great about communicating and made check-in and check-out very easy.

The Carefree Cottage was fantastic!

The Carefree Cottage was fantastic! Great back yard for relaxing. The house is very cozy. My family loved it. Only feedback is regarding the AC...it couldn't be set below 70 for an extended period of time so bedrooms did tend to get a little hot at night but other than that things were fantastic! Would definitely rent again!

The home is truly a tropical paradise!

The home is truly a tropical paradise. It was exactly as described on the website. Seabreeze Vacations provided everything that was needed to start off your vacation, trash bags, kitchen detergents, paper and body essentials. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary equipment and even had a slow cooker. We were there with another couple and had a fantastic time and never needed anything. We felt extremely comfortable in the rental and plan to book all of our AnnaMaria vacations with Seabreeze Vacations as they truly care about their customers needs!

Carefree Cottage was absolutely beautiful!

Carefree Cottage was absolutely beautiful. Had everything there we would need. Spotless!!! Amenities we're amazing. Lots of pool items and beach items. Pool was so inviting and the lighting around the pool was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. We had a situation with a palm tree and high wires and maintenance came immediately calling the proper people to handle the situation. Communication was above and beyond. Kept in touch by texting and accommodating and informative. We would definitely recommend Seabreeze and stay at Carefree Cottage again. Thank you

Amazing

The house was amazing and just as photos show. The house had all the amenities we needed and more. We really enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor living room. The backyard is wonderful and beautiful at night. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and close to restaurants and ice cream. 3 minute walk to the beach and the rental comes with a beach cart and 6 beach chairs. We will definitely be back!
