Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country paradise!
Enjoy all the seasons here with the main snowmobile/ATV trail right at the end of the driveway. Go for a hike, or horseback ride through the Brasher State Forest trails.
Or maybe a fishing/hunting trip, as there are 30k acres of beautiful public land surrounding the river front property and a variety of fish in the river (musky,walleye,bass!)
A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

Jump in the luxury hot tub after a relaxing day trail riding or fishing the deer river!

Absolutely what we were looking for! Getting away from the everyday hustle and having tranquility at its best! We used the kayak’s almost everyday. Having a washer, dryer and dishwasher was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Quiet little gem

This cottage was super cute it had everything you need very clean. Its a definite little gem of heaven the hot tub was awesome the fire pit area was very nice and they left us a smores kit.. will definitely come back!!

Great family/friends trip

Relaxing getaway that the entire group enjoyed! Only issue was getting the wifi to work to access the code to enter the property. Wish we would have booked for longer, as we enjoyed our stay so much & hated to leave.

Wonderful location

This property is beautiful. Located perfectly out of the way but not too far from local towns. It ended up being the perfect spot for a little family retreat. The cottage was beautifully decorated and stocked with every supply you would need for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet cottage

This cottage sits on the river and its so peaceful. The cottage was clean it has everything you need including an awesome hot tub which we used daily. I enjoyed my time this is my second time staying here i wilk definitely be back.

Beautiful property

Great property. Super clean. Fully stocked kitchen supplies and other amenities. Hosts quick to address questions. Enjoyed the hot tub. Did not use the kayaks or fish as we did not feel comfortable with the Deer river.

Everything was better than pictures portrayed. Only issue was living out of suitcase, no place to hang clothes. Closet was full of stuff and no dresser for folded clothes. Fishing was fun.

Everything was great outside of the trashcan being half full when we got there and did not have enough room in it to put the last bag of trash we had ?? had to tie up the last bag and leave it in the gazebo to keep animals from tearing it up around the trashcan…

Great location for a quiet relaxing few days. Right on the river and a reasonable distance to multiple boat ramps on the St Lawrence River.

-20 miles to Suny potsdam and Clarkson
-30 miles to Suny Canton and St Lawrence University
-30 miles from Titus mountain
-17 miles from Massena

Walleye in May and June are plentiful 🙂 And the musky fishing on the river is amazing! 3-7’ deep in front of the camp!

-Turkey and deer hunting right across the dirt road!

この宿泊施設の特徴

This is a dead end road that is actually a year round trail for snowmobiles,UTV’s and horseback riding!

Huge musky can be caught in front of the house. This is also one of the deepest parts of the deer river and holds amazing trophy walleye and smallmouth bass fishing as well.
If you want to travel only 17 miles you can find yourself on the st Lawrence river where it is know for world class smallmouth bass and musky fishing. You won’t want to leave once you get here 🙂
