Loved it

The place was pretty much what was advertised. It was clean, safe environment, easily accessible to most places. Quiet area and even my visitors from Germany realty liked it.

Conveniently located to everything you could want or need

This place surprised us knew the general area but it was located in a very nice quiet and quaint neighborhood Close to downtown but without the hassle Place was clean as can be Very comfortable with an electric fireplace Recommend chelos, twins pizza or the casino are minutes away FYI property management was outstanding with any questions I had I would rent again no hesitation

Great stay for a long weekend

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation. It is about 15 min from the airport and from Brown University. It is in a mixed, but quiet neighborhood in a nicely updated building. It was perfect for us. Thank you!

Kevin the host was very responsive and check in went smoothly. The suite was on the second floor with the bottom floor rented out. Would have been nice if that was mentioned. I took a walk around the neighborhood and seemed a little unkempt, but felt safe. Didn’t speak with any neighbors. Overall it met our needs.

Nice 3 bedroom apartment

Great little 3 bedroom apartment in Providence’s Charles neighborhood, aka the North End. Not much within walking distance, but if you get in your car everything is a short drive. Easy on street parking plus a narrow driveway if you prefer being off the street.Kevin was a very responsive host and cares a lot.

Parents weekend at Providence

What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!

Newer remodel, so it was basically clean.

It was adequate. Modern, but could use more seating in the living room and at the kitchen table. Also needs towel bars or hooks in the bathroom as there is no place to hang towels.

Arrived iin a down pour, to the code given did not work.

The apartment was clean, but is missing some key item's like wine glasses, glassware, etc.

Colorado visitor

Looks good in pictures, area might be questionable, upper floor rented out to heavy walking men. Couch, table and chairs to accommodate 4 , beds to accommodate 6. Dining chairs plastic cracked and creaky so noisy could not set in them. No washer, dryer, to many stairs for older people. Think twice!

Visiting Family

Typically, we would stay at our family’s house, however since we now have 2 children, there’s unfortunately not enough space for husband, their parents and our children so we rented this time to have more space. The rental is just as pictured and was very clean. Beds were super comfy (metal frames so they so squeak a little but that doesn’t bother me). The roll out cot was perfect for our 3 year old and was very comfy (I would get in it with him to put him to sleep). The master was able to fit the queen bed, roll out twin cot and pack and play with still a good bit of walking space! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit family. Only down side is the upstairs rental I swear we could hear every step they took and they were up at all hours of the night. (No fault of the host of course, just how it goes sometimes). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Err... I'm going to try and be nice about this

Upon arrival, the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy. Thankfully, the unit itself wasn't as bad; and it had really good security so we never had an issue. It was nicely furnished; albeit, not the best quality, except for the beds. Those were very comfortable, barring the plastic bed big covers that made you sweat like you were wrapped in a sauna suit. No AC... It's only seasonal, which the listing doesn't mention. Granted, they should be ad they would put one in... On out last day... Lol. Luckily, it wasn't real hot out until our last day... Lol. No dishwasher, yet the instructions say to load dirty dishes in it before leaving. No towel holder by the shower, however a rack was installed on the door due to previous reviews. Getting out of the shower to walk to it wasn't the best though. A nice rack next to the sink or even a hook on the wall next to the shower would be nice. I communicated multiple issues with the owner, so hopefully they get fixed for the next person.
