This beautiful and well-apppointed 2 bedroom house features 2 queen beds, 1.5 bathrooms and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Sleeps 3 couples.
15 minutes from both Downcity Providence and TF Green Airport. Easy walking distance to Pawtuxet Village.
Recently remodeled from the studs in while retaining architectural details. It is well-insulated, efficient, sleek and utilitarian!
Off-street parking for 2-3 cars. On-site laundry. Big backyard.
Kitchen accommodates simple meals or a seated dinner. Second-floor bedrooms and full bath enjoy cathedral ceilings and views over green space and expansive backyard. Sun porch provides rays and evening breezes.

We've stayed in this lovely house before, and we love it! Spacious rooms, comfy beds, large shower, plenty of areas to stretch out. The kitchen has everything we would need to prepare and enjoy a feast. The owner is attentive and responsive!

We recommend this terrific property for a brief or extended stay. It's a historic home that has been thoughtfully and beautifully restored with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, two large yet cozy bedrooms upstairs with a large full bath, new washer/dryer, and so much more. It's just a few minutes' walk to Pawtuxet Village with diverse dining options and quaint shops. The host is attentive and responsive. We loved it!

Very close to Airport and Providence. The house was wonderful, we had a great time. Richard is a great host. If we come back again to visit family we Will definitely book again. The house has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable and both bedrooms are spacious.
Nice kitchen, well stocked with items you will need to cook
Powder Room and there is a full bath on the second floor
Living room has a couch that turns into a queen size bed

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We had a change in plans and he kindly changed our booking. We felt the warmth the moment we walked in from the welcome note and treats. The house was very clean, we loved the open kitchen area and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. We truly appreciated your hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

Michael’s house had everything we needed for our stay. You can tell that great care was taking in renovations and the comfort of his guests. Communication and responsiveness was excellent. The location is perfect for us to visit with family in the area. We have already booked our next visit!!

We had a wonderful stay! Richard is a spectacular host which helped the back to school move-in stress free and smooth. His home is very clean, well kept and well stocked with all the necessities. Beds were super comfortable as well as the furnishings. Questions were answered promptly and recommendations for shops and dining were spot on. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Richard!

This residence was perfect! It had everything we needed, including an amazing renovated shower with the best shower pressure I have ever had. There was plenty of space to entertain and it was within walking distance of a cute downtown with a ton of food and local shopping. We greatly appreciated all of the suggestions from Richard during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Warwick Wonder!

Our experience was superb from start to finish. The host was a great communicator. Check in and check out were seamless. The house was immaculate, roomy, decorated nicely, and in a great area. The house was close to everything... Narragansett, Newport, Providence, as well as Plymouth MA. The house made our vacation!

Charm and convenience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Richard’s home in Warwick. This was easily the cleanest rental home I have ever experienced. The house retains its vintage charm while providing updated amenities. The host was friendly and attentive. We found the location of the home ideal for our needs to be close to Providence without having the feel of being in a city. We hope to stay at this home again on a future visit.
