The apt was as advertised with enough space for my family. The host was quick to respond to any questions that i did have. My biggest complaint with the property was that everything was loud (not the owners fault) the walls are paper thin and we could hear every little movement the people upstairs made from the dog running around to a baby crying. The floors were very uneven and there were lots of floor boards that creaked. The pillows on the bed were flat, so i should have packed my own. Also the shower curtain in the bathroom needed to be longer so we were extra cautious to keep the water in the tub. There was also an air conditioner still in the window when it was freezing outside so we had to keep the heat up (which was noisy because its forced hot air). I know this is a laundry list of complaints but over all our stay was good. It was easy to get to and i liked that we had our own parking spot designated for us.

The apartment was great. It fit our needs. Very spacious, comfortable beds, tv in all bedrooms was nice too! We enjoyed our stay.

I had a very nice stay, and it was easy to communicate with the property management. Tv was in every room to accommodate me and my kids. The apartment accommodated all our needs. I would stay here again when visiting Rhode Island.

Stayed with my family and the unit itself is exactly pictured and nice, the host was very responsive in regards to questions and concerns HOWEVER the neighbors that live in the same unit are noisy. For the Three days My family and I stayed at the unit. The neighbors decided that 4 am is the perfect time to blast music thru their car stereo for a full hour waking up my whole family. On the third night my family and I was woken up to the fire alarm going off in the whole building at 2 am. I wouldnt recommend booking this place if you want to have a good nights sleep. I truly believe based on reading the reviews from previous guest it seems like whoever lives permanently at the building does not like that fact that this is a vacation rental, therefore the constant noise thats being reported by others also. But thats just my opinion. The neighborhood itself is kind of sketchy since there is nothing really around the area besides a dunkin' donuts a few 100 meters away it is however reall close to the freeway and about 15 minutes or so away from the airport. Overall the check in process and host was good but I wouldnt consider staying here again

Neighbors

The 2nd floor neighbors of this first floor apartment were incredibly noisy well after midnight each night. Loud talking, running and what sounded like moving furniture across the floor.

Recommend!

Near highway access but not too close that it is heard from the property. Dunkin is literally around the corner from the apartment, was super fast to grab breakfast and coffee then get on the highway. The property was furnished with kitchen essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels. Very cute property we would stay here again.

Great place for a family visiting colleges

Property was as advertised. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed (linens, towels, toaster oven, etc.) and included off street parking. 15 minutes to “College Hill”, so location was perfect for us.
