Relaxing

Condo was wonderful, had everything we needed. Location was just what we wanted, not a busy area and easy to get to. View from the balcony was fantastic. And any restaurants and business that we needed where close.

Perfect spot

Loved having 3 bedroom end unit. So quiet and morning sun. Group was family 60. Beds were wonderful and we all slept well. Patio was perfect. TVs big in every room. Lvgrm seating was too soft for some. Issues: Microwave light was out. Guest bathroom sink drain slow and fan in master bath loud.

Absolutely loved our vacation at this location. The condo was immaculate, a great location right on the beach and close to anywhere we wanted to go. We spent time at Destin beach, Pensacola beach and here on Navarre Beach. Navarre was the best by far.

Nice view of the beach/gulf

Enjoyed our short stay. None of the TV's in the bedroom worked though! Said we had no signal, but TV in living room worked. Didn't really matter to us. We didn't go to the beach to watch TV. Nicely furnished, but internet at the towers was SLOW,real slow. When we did watch TV it was hooked up to Dish network and the selection of sports channels consisted of one. Couldn't watch national league playoffs. Ever hear of cable tv?

We are glad they enjoyed their stay. Instructions that are provided include the number of the TV/internet service provider. They are often able to troubleshoot over the phone and correct issues. We hope they will come back soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican's Nest. It was roomy and convenient to the places we wanted to be.

The only downside was that a couple of the TV's in the bedrooms weren't connected and/or would only pick up a few channels. That was disappointing because we all liked to watch something different at night and couldn't keep up with our favorite shows. The staff was very helpful in checking them out for us and helping when the living room TV went off line. Even with the tv problem we greatly enjoyed our stay! It was very comfortable the six of us had plenty of room.

Lovely Accomodations

Overall a very nice stay. We had some trouble with the appliances - first the microwave and then the dishwasher. The maintenance guy was close by and brought a useable microwave very quickly and the dishwasher worked after many tries at the buttons. They kindly left a dishwashing pod and a couple of laundry pods, so we didn't have to buy any on our first shopping trip. We were very comfortable and felt right at home as this is not our first stay at Navarre Towers. I wish that there was recycling information - we ended up taking our recyclables home with us.

We are glad they had a nice stay. The microwave and dishwasher have been replaced. We are sorry they experienced these appliance issues, we address these things as quickly as we can. We hope they will come stay again soon.

Beautiful quiet location

We enjoyed our week at the Pelican’s Nest. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space and storage for 8 adults. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We especially liked that the beach was not crowded with a Wal Mart and shopping nearby. We were only a short drive, about 30 minutes, from Destin or Pensacola. The bike trail that ran along the beach through the Gulf Islands National Seashore was a plus for us. We brought our own bikes but rentals were available nearby. Our only complaint is that the couch definitely needs replacing and was very uncomfortable since springs were broken.

Condo met expectations

The condo was very comfortable and clean. The balcony was our favorite spot so we could just relax and watch the ocean. We would like to make the owners aware that the balcony door is extremely difficult to slide. We appreciated the lack of decorative items so we could have space. Some units are overly decorated but this one is just right. Another maintenance note is the door hinges on the second king bedroom need oiled and the hot water runs out after two showers. Thank you

Best Unit in Navarre Beach!

Everything about our stay was great. The location is perfect as far as we are concerned and we loved the condo. We are already looking forward to a return trip. And there is actually a pelican in the unit – so fun!
