Our stay was great! The condo and veiw were beautiful. I would stay again. The only complaints that I have are that only one elevator was working, which really slowed down our coming and goings and there was no ground level bathroom by the pool.

We loved our trip. Condo was just as described. Building was clean and everyone was very friendly. Beach was beautiful, heated pool and hot tub were excellent.Navarre Beach is truly a hidden gem in Florida. Go enjoy, but don't tell your friends. Gotta keep this place secret!

The Pearl is a great place to stay and this unit on the 12th floor gives a awesome view of the crystal clear waters. I really enjoyed being there and makes me wish I could stay all year.

Most relaxing Spring Break ever!

We loved staying at The Pearl! Breathtaking views every day-private beach access-quiet community! What else could you ask for? We would definitely recommend and we look forward to coming back again!

Clean, comfortable condo with beautiful views from living room and master bedroom. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen had everthing we needed to cook up some great seafood meals

We had an awesome time. Everything was very clean and it lacked nothing from a furnishings and linens perspective. Please note you will likely need to purchase extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. if there are more than 2 people for a 7 night stay. Also there are also no spices, condiments, paper goods etc. left by other renters so you will need to bring your own or purchase after you get there. The beach was wonderful and it’s nice that they provide the beach chair and umbrella setup with the rental.

We even did a wave runner dolphin excursion. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away to a quiet beautiful place without all the chaos and commercialization.

Unit 303 in the Pearl

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was pleasant with great views of the gulf. The main bedroom and walk in shower were awesome. The one drawback was that being located on third floor, directly above the pools, meant there was a pool/hot tub/aerobics noise that carried up.
