Summerwind West ~ Unité 201 ~ Luxury Oceanfront ~ Rénové 3BR / 3BA

Avec l'unité 201 dans les condominiums Summerwind souhaités, vous profiterez d'une vue imprenable à 100% sur les belles eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique. Ceci est une unité de luxe au deuxième étage de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain dans le bâtiment ouest du Summerwind Resort. Professionnellement décorée, l'unité a des comptoirs en granit partout, des carreaux de 18 pi, des moulures couronnées, des rideaux et des traitements de fenêtre personnalisés. Il y a une grande cuisine avec un bar et une salle à manger qui jouxte le salon. La grande suite parentale, également face au golfe, a un lit king avec sa propre salle de bain. Cette chambre face au golfe a un accès confortable au balcon vous offrant beaucoup d'intimité. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et il y a deux lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. Toutes les chambres ont des téléviseurs à écran plat et des DVD ainsi que l'espace de vie principal. Une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur est également dans l'unité, ce qui vous donne l'impression d'être chez vous et de permettre des vêtements propres et frais à tout moment. Le salon et la suite principale s'ouvrent sur un balcon panoramique avec vue panoramique sur le golfe et le Sound. L'unité a également WIFI gratuit. Le Summerwind Resort possède une grande piscine chauffée en saison, un bain à remous et un centre de fitness. L'unité 201 sera celle à laquelle vous voudrez revenir encore et encore!

Perfect Sisters Trip

Coastal Vibes staff are the best!! Have worked with them for many years here and for Destin West. This condo has been a favorite of ours. It has everything we need to have a wonderful vacation. It is always clean, well taken care of and a perfect location. We love it so much, we have already booked it for 2 weeks next year!! Highly recommend Summerwind 201 and the Coastal Vibe group!!!

Room was great! Clean and as posted in the pictures. Communication was also great! We had a few issues with some of the appliances, but they were rectified quickly! Even put in a new washer while we were there!

Wonderful place and in a perfect location. We enjoyed our time and the accommodations were great and an amazing bang for the buck as well. The beds were a little worn and we struggled to get cold water in the bathrooms but outside of those things it was perfect

Unforgettable Vacation Spot!

I always pick five stars because I don't have a choice to go higher. Coastal Vibe Vacations and staff are 10 stars at least. They are always ready to help with any situation that might arise. The Summerwind West 201 Condo has always been well stocked, clean, very roomy and has an amazing view of Navarre Beach. This place never disappoints!

Ocean was beautiful, condo was in a great location, and staff was great! As far as the condo… it was not. It wasn't very clean. Paint was peeling off cabinet in kitchen and bathrooms. The couch was a type of leather or faux leather but it was peeling terribly. It would get all over your clothes if you sat on it. There was a large whole in the way right as you walk into condo. Lots of paint scrapping off the walls from furniture throughout, which I know is going to happen at some places but this seems extreme. Furniture needed to be replaced throughout, really the whole condo needs to be remodeled. I was emailed to call before places anything shy of a 5 star view but I don't feel that would be far… so this is my honest opinion.

The location and the unit were excellent. We enjoyed it very much,The only negative was the laundry appliances. The washing machine was very noisy at times. Seemed to get out of balance a lot. The clothes drier is "slower than a seven year itch", as my grandfather would say. Took forever to dry clothes.Otherwise we liked the place and plan to go back again.

Great location. Lots of room for the family

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was away from the downtown area but close to things if needed. The beach is great. The pools are nice and have room to lay around and soak up the sunshine.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and home like, but with an amazing view. We’ve stayed at a few other condos on the same beach and this was our favorite so far. We would definitely stay again. The property manager was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.
