Had four adults and one pet stay here. Rooms were clean. Convenient to attractions. While we there they had several hot air balloon launches pretty much right out the front door. This was a very cool sight to watch. Nice place and we would stay again.

Nice location in Galena Territory with good club amenities for families (short drive) and arcade games in unit was really nice. The owner was very responsive to address a cleaning issue that was discovered upon check-in. Thankfully, we accessed the cleaning closet and addressed it ourselves before we put the kids to bed. Later we worked out a resolution on the billing side. I hesitate to write negative reviews so i guess I’d add that most of the units in this area are dated. Unit is probably ready for a refresh and deep clean (base boards, returns, ect.). The highlight was the hot air balloon launch from just outside the unit which was neat for the kids. This is a local vendor that does balloon rides launching from the field near the clubhouse.

House was supposed to be suitable for 7. Living room sat 5 uncomfortably with too broken in couch. Kitchen needed to be cleaned before use. Bugs in lights. Sandpaper Pilly sheets on beds. Refrigerator doors glued by old spills. Filthy baking pans. Soiled underneath toilet seats. Very slow drains downstairs. Dirt behind beds and furniture. Very disappointed.

The two living spaces shown in the photos are the primary common areas in the home. Because this is a townhome, there isn’t a single gathering space large enough to comfortably accommodate eight adults in one room. I’m sorry the layout didn’t meet your expectations. We’ll update our listing to better clarify that the home is best suited for families, with separate entertainment spaces that allow kids and adults to relax and enjoy their own areas.

The location was great! The house was clean with very nice amenities, especially the arcade room for kids. The host was wonderful at communicating and providing clear check in/out instructions. The stove needs a good cleaning to avoid the burned smell when cooking. We would definitely consider this property again.

Please understand, I normally try very hard to give good reviews. However, the condition of this rental left everything to be desired. The floors were so dirty my granddaughter’s feet turned black. The toilets hadn’t been cleaned. The shower curtains were moldy. We couldn’t use the grill because it was so caked with old food. The living room chair had to be covered with a blanket before we were able to sit on it. The list goes on. I reached out to the host hoping to get someone in to clean. In her defense, she did try. But apparently no one was available. I had to go to the store for cleaning products and spend 3 hours cleaning just to be able to stay there. I was told new shower curtains and slippers were to be delivered. That never happened.I understand from reading texts, the cleaning company was well aware of how dirty the unit was. I’m not sure how that could be okay for anyone. Th area is beautiful and I definitely want to return. However, I would definitely find another place to stay.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for 6 adults. Lots of areas to hang out, Pac Man was my favorite! Host kept in contact and answered all of our questions and concerns. Will keep this on the list for next year's visit!

Great family location

We had a great time in Galena. From the time we booked the rental to the moment we left the owner checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Any questions we had throughout the booking through the trip the response time was awesome. We would definitely rent from this owner again! It was a great experience!

The property is not suitable for people with any kind of mobility issues. The front walk is very uneven. The front steps are very steep and there is no handrail available to hold on to. After we arrived, while unpacking, a member of our party took a terrible tumble down the front steps and onto the front walk. This ended our stay because he was badly scratched and bruised up. We would not be able to enjoy any of the amenities because of his condition. We left the next morning. The host was no responsive to our issue. We communicated with the host explaining all that had happened. There was no acknowledgement. On what would have been our last day, we received an email saying "hope you enjoyed your stay and thank you for staying with us" even though we checked out 3 days earlier. We will NOT come back to this property. The property itself looked OK. The 3 level townhome had one bedroom on each level. There was one bathroom on the main floor and one in the basement. Many stairs to climb. If there are 2 couples booking this property they will have privacy on the main floor and in the basement. The top bedroom is a loft and opens up into the family room and dinning area below. This was not a suitable place for our stay. We will be more cautious in the future. The stove and especially the oven need a serious cleaning job as do the bathroom vents. Comforters need to be washed also. There is no street sign with the street name on it.

Loved the games and location

Our kids enjoyed the board games, arcade and found lots to do. We enjoyed the location and what it was near...there is actually a hiking path near the water in the woods we enjoyed. Will definitely try and visit again!

Annual Golf Trip…Great Place

We go to Eagle Ridge every year to play golf and enjoy the reservation. This condo has one of the best locations in all of Eagle Ridge. Thank you for providing us with a clean and convenient place to stay!

Wonderful Getaway

This is an excellent property to stay at with a family. Our kids slept in the bunk room and loved the arcade games in the basement. The house was clean and well kept. You are just a couple hundred feet away from the north golf course, the spa, and the resort!

Spring Break Getaway

Nice , clean and very spacious property for all 6 of us that stayed! Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils to make and prepare breakfast/lunch. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the Eagle Ridge restaurant and spa. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Our stay was perfect. Townhome was exactly as described. Perfect size and bonus family room was nice for the kids to have their own space to hang out at night. Perfect location situated near two golf courses and steps from the lake.
