Excellent property! This was a get away for my wife and I along with 2 of our granddaughters. The villa was very comfortable and equipped with absolutley everything we needed. The best part was definitely access to the beach. The owner has provided beach chairs and things for us to use during our stay which was greatly appreciated. Access to the tennis/pickleball courts were a hit with my grandaughters, and have since purchased our own set for home! I highly recommend this property!!!

Very nice unit in Hilton Head Resort complex! Had plenty of room for our family of 5 (mostly grown children). Karen had everything we needed in the unit already from coffee K-cups to dishwashing pods, paper towels, utensils… you name it. Check in was a breeze, we had our stuff unloaded and we were headed down to the beach in no time! Stop by Coco’s on your way back from the beach and try the Mai Tai! Would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful condo in a great resort!

Villa was a very comfortable place to stay that was clean, inviting, and supplied with more items than any place I’ve every stayed! Host was great…communications excellent, and you can feel the love and care in how attentive she is in making sure you have everything (and more!) than needed. Very grateful to have a cart for the beach, as it is a decent walk (grateful there was a boardwalk). Management of overall facility was appreciated from entry gate personnel to maintenance. A great location where you are close to great restaurants and stores. Enjoyed the pools!

Your condo was beautiful and well appointed. Very stylish and had everything we needed. My only gripe was the lighting was poor, very dark. I would suggest upgrading to LED daylight bulbs. They are the only lightbulbs we'll use now 😊. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Absolutely amazing!

I would definitely stay here again! The host was amazing and so helpful and even accommodated us wanting to check in early. The place was clean and fully stocked with anything we would need. Plenty of room for us to move around and for the kids to play. Was a decent walk to the beach but with a wagon and the boardwalk it wasn't to bad. Loved being able to see alligators and lots of crabs while heading to the beach. We didnt go to the pool but our friends did go to the indoor pool and they liked it. We had luggage carts to take our stuff up and back down when we arrived and left. And loved having a kitchen and being able to wash up our laundry before we left. Definitely planning to stay again. Host was amazing and easy to get in touch with. She was very sweet and helpful!

We were very disappointed with our stay. We arrive and are greeted with paint chips everywhere, wasp nests in the porch, hair in the bathroom, all drains were glogged and slow draining. This condo is advertised as pristine and it is far from it.

A So-So Condo

This condo was about what I expected to see when I got there. However, something fell through the cracks between the rental company and the condo owner who wasn't expecting my family as guests for the weekend (even though I had already paid for the place in full). The condo was a bit messy upon arrival, and there were some functional problems that occurred during our stay (like lights not working and hot water in short supply). All in all, the stay was fine, but from the get-go, the situation was uncomfortable and not a place I would recommend booking.

Wonderful condo in a great resort

The resort was great - it had all the amenities. It was nice to be able to choose from multiple pools and the tennis courts kept our teenagers entertained. The condo was beautiful and was fully stocked. Everyone loved it!
