Beach location ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The unit was clean and nice. The ease of access to the beach was FANTASTIC! Loved being able to get onto the beach without much walking. Pools were nice and not overcrowded. Overall a great spot to be right on the beach!

Perfect for what we needed

Love the property and the closeness to beach. It was private and plenty of space for everyone at the beach. Beds could have been better but all in all it was great and we would visit PP again. Big boys loved to fish and all the other amenities the property had to offer.

Family Vacation

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, great location and had everything we needed including an ice maker. Had trouble figuring out the front door lock but 1 phone call and we were inside! Thanks for letting us rent the condo. We will definitely rent this one again!

Aged condo.

When we arrived the condo was not clean and the furniture is old. Location is great and the view is amazing.

Nice condo

The condo was nice with a very good balcony, enough room for 4 comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with a nice coffee maker. The master bed mattress was too soft for me and had a valley on one side of the bed. The other bedroom’s mattress seemed newer and was much better. We’ll likely be back if the price is reasonable

A Fantastic Week!

We usually don't stay in properties that don't have reviews. The pictures caused us to consider this property without previous input. We're so glad we did! The check in process was easy and the property had everything we could want or need. The community has an awesome beach; literally steps from the condo. Two pools steps away. Carillion is a great neighborhood for seclusion. Publix and Winn Dixie less than a mile away. We rented bikes in Seacrest for the week and enjoyed Lake Powell (literally in the parking lot) and the rest of Carillon Community. Bring beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, Keurig cups. Best sunsets I've ever seen from the balcony! We'll be booking a return trip for sure!

Not the best.

Booking was easy. Check in was quick and simple. Location was great for us, close to everything, but not right in the middle of PCB so it was peaceful. The beach was very clean. The listing pictures of the condo were misleading. Immediately upon entering the condo it smelled strong like pet urine. The couch looked and felt dirty. The carpet was stained and ripped. The beds were not great. The master bed had a dip in the middle that made sleeping uncomfortable. The guest bedroom had sheets that didn’t fit, so they would pop off in the middle of the night exposing the plastic mattress cover. The drier wouldn’t dry our clothes properly and made a horrible noise while it was running. The pressure in the shower was lacking. Overall the condo desperately needs a deep clean and updating. We would stay at Pinnacle Port again, but not in this specific condo.

Good and Bad

Condo was very nice and comfortable, mostly. The sheets on the bed in the back bedroom di not fit a king size bed and were too small to cover up with. Choice of pillows was nice. No place to set suitcases--need luggage racks. Washer worked well until Thursday evening, then it died. Reported it and maintenance guy came Friday and said it was new and under warranty and he would report it (to whom)? Friday the elevator in building C1 was acting up--not opening on correct floor, jumping and making whirring noises that were new, you had to go up to floor 7 then come down to floor 5. Reported it and security came Friday evening and said it was a common problem with these old elevators. They put a sign on it that said it was out of order. So we, and all other guest had to use stairs to haul luggage down to our cars--not easy for folks in late 70's to do. It seems to me that the Pinnacle Port HOA needs to put some money into repairing/replacing the elevators. That put bad spin on a trip that had been nice.
