The condo was in a perfect location for both the Gulf view, distance to the beach, and an easy walk to Pier Park. It was clean inside and had modern updates and amenities. The washer and dryer came in very handy and there were two folding beach chairs available for use. I would suggest new mattresses for the two full-sized beds, which is really my only complaint. Overall, a very nice place to vacation.

The condo was in the perfect spot. It was walking distance to Pier Park although there was no reason to leave. It had everything you would need for a weeks stay. There was plenty of room for my family to spread out and the views were amazing!

Excellent for small family

Clean and well kept. Excellent view of the beach. Our family had a great time. Lots of security on the property so felt safe. Did not like they would not let kids play with small things in pools. But ocean was perfect so decided to stay at beach. Would recommend more comfortable seating in living room but over all great condo.

The Condo was very clean and and updated with nice appliances. Very nicely decorated and had dvd movies and books to read available in the condo. Property manager was helpful when booking the condo and answering any questions we had quickly. Recommend this condo as a great place to stay.

Owner was easy to reach.

Property owner was easy to reach. We decided to try for early check since all of our friends were able to get an early check in for their condos. I was really afraid that if we waited until 4:00 we would wait 30 mins for elevators (which we experienced at another Panama City condo in the past). So we asked the night before if we could go ahead and pay the $150 and get in at 1:00 instead of 4:00. Terri and her crew jumped through hoops to make it happen. Which we were grateful for. I asked early on about it but I was not crazy about paying $150 to get in early since we usually get an early check in without paying extra. The elevators were never a problem which was good. The chairs and umbrella was nice to have. The ac had trouble keeping up. It would cool off at night but was warmer through the day (but we were out a lot through the day so it was okay). Thanks for letting us rent.

Wonderful location for Vitamin Sea Therapy!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Terri’s condo. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need and the living room has ample seating
 never all you need with a large group, but very comfortable. Patio furniture was good quality, but a larger table to eat at would be a nice addition. The beds we’re comfortable enough, but should be replaced soon. Calypso is a beautiful facility and close to everything
 walking distance to most places. The beach service is a nice treat also. Overall, a very good experience and we would stay with Terri again in the future!! Small inconveniences were dealt with quickly and communication was excellent.

Hello - I'm Terri Braswell, owner of 3 condos in Panama City Beach. Calypso is my favorite - 8th Floor, Convenient, and Beautiful Full Ocean View. This condo was just completed in 2006, and I have rented our personal condos since 1995. I am a very picky with my condos - they have to be clean and perfect, so when you walk in you say 'WOW!' It's your vacation, and I want it to be special for you. My renters come back again and again, and I hope you will, too!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Being an licensed Realtor in Florida and Georgia, I believe in Location, Location, Location. That's why I picked Calypso, and the 8th Floor. Calypso is located right by Pier Park, the new Pier, and a isolated beach area where none can build. The ocean is usually aqua blue, and the sand is white - and perfect for walking. I love Panama City Beach because of the variety of activities available for families. You can't go wrong at Calypso, and I would give my condo 5 Stars!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Two very long ocean front pools - one is heated, the other cool. There is a Tiki Bar by the pools for a Cool Drink, and a wonderful Sandwich shop that will deliver to your chair at the beach. The beach offers Parsailing, Banana Boating, Swimming of Course, and Chairs and Umbrellas. The Restaurants and Shopping at Pier Park are the Best, and just a short walk away. Pier Park also has 28 Theaters in case you have a rainy day!
