Located in the very heart of Rome’s Historic Center, the apartment is framed by iconic landmarks: Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Pantheon — all just a short walk away.

Public transportation is also convenient: the bus stop is only 100 meters from the building, and there’s a 24-hour taxi stand nearby.

The apartment is on the first floor of a charming 18th-century building. It has been recently renovated, revealing original wooden ceilings and terracotta brick walls from the 1700s — a blend of history and modern comfort.

You’ll find:

- A bright, spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200 cm / 63 x 79 inches) with a hypoallergenic mattress, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a dining table. The room is air-conditioned.

- A cozy living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, antique furnishings (including an elegant 1800s chest of drawers), and a 40" LCD TV with English channels. Air conditioning is also available here.

- A modern bathroom with a shower, towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer.

- A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all the utensils you may need.

You’ll also enjoy FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and independent heating.
Bed linens and towels are included.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by Angelo or Rosaria, who will personally welcome you and help you get settled in. They’ll share local tips, recommend hidden gems, and assist you in planning your stay — giving you the feeling of having your own private local guide.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

The city of Rome charges a tourist tax of €6 per person per night. The tourist tax applies only to the first 10 nights of stay in case of bookings longer than 10 nights. The tourist tax will be collected at check in.
